Clean.

The lighting is too dim. The staff are resting in the common area. WiFi is not working.

The hotel is clean. The food is good. the lighting should be brighter. It is too dim. The staff are lazing and having fun in the common area. This is not very professional. Internet wireless connectivity is not working either. The staff also does not show commitment in resolving the issue. This is disappointing.

Hard bed, lack of hot water

I enjoyed my stay at the Diamond House. It was cozy and quiet and comfortable. The people who worked there were lovely and caring, they seemed genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible, although one guy did forget a wake-up call that I'd requested.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a lane along the canal right next to the hotel that is nice to stroll along in the evening.

Very style hotel, and the place is very good

no nearby BST

A very good hotel, very clear and Place is very goode. I will ask my friend to try this hotel next time, and the hotel's staff is very nice, the internet on the label is very good, very fast to connect to the world, I stay in that every night and work for my job, until 3 AM every night. very good hotel, I will come here next time.
