Good Hotel with decent smile

For business , is good location if office in Bangna or else nothing to look at . However walking distance to Seacon shopping mall ,Room is good and clean . Breakfast has gone down since last stay as many items not in place .

Decent Hotel, but Terrible location

The hotel is fairly decent, nothing too flash, but clean enough. Getting to it is a pain, as there is tons of road construction taking place directly in front of hotel. Also it is not located on some GPS systems. So finding it for us was pretty tough.

Great value hotel, polite and helpful staff

This is our second stay in a month and we come back because we liked the services and rooms and value for money. But you need to book on line, (even if you are already in the hotel), to get the right price.
As this hotel forms part of the Dusit Tani Training College, there are trainees that don't speak English well, though someone will always be able to help.
The Counter/Admin staff asked us how our stay was and if there was anything they could improve or assist with, or if there were any problems. I appreciated this very much, and its an opportunity for them to improve service.
We had a minor issue with 'off' ham in an omelette one morning but they corrected that. Both of us were allergic to something in the air conditioning ins the room (on our second stay). This was impossible to communicate. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you book through Agoda.com (right price).
No kids games room or any other services for families. A games room for 4-15 year olds would be good.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Close to Secon Square and Paradise Park Shopping Centre.
Good Fitness Centre, Pool is ok for laps. Wine selection is good but pricey (some completely out of range - eg Napa Valley USA).

Nice hotel with close shopping center

Close to the shopping center just 1 minute by walk. Lots of stuff to shop. Hotel are clean. Breakfast is good but they use student trainee to serve. Sometimes can annoy the guest because of lack of service mind.

we thought is was good value for money, well services rooms and clean modern rooms (some repairs needed) we stayed twice and in different rooms.
the gym is well stocked and serviced (but english speaking attendants will help)
very much appreciated the free wifi.
we had a very small thing with the ham being off in an omlette one morning but that was quickly fixed.
the hotel is very close to seacon square and paradise park so shopping is easy to get to.
we found the price very reasonable (if you book on line)
no kids facilities, games or entertainment, pool is more of a lap-pool. friendly service staff - nice.
printer didnt work and attendants at desk sometimes didnt understand english.
Shopping Tip:
Right next door to Seacon Square ( bit like lower middle class prices) and a walk away or a short taxi ride to Paradise Park - bit like upper middle class prices)

perfect getaway in busting bkk
very nice pool area, great breakfast buffet and very friendly staff

we chose this hotel because we just had a one night stop-over in bangkok and did not want to travel all the way to the city. be aware there is literally nothing (but a giant shopping mall) close to this place. so perfect to relax and be at peace for a couple of hours. would even consider staying there longer. the taxi to the next bts station cost about baht only and the ride is about 15 minutes. we liked it a lot.

lovely hotel one of the best i stay in i stay in many in thailand this hotel is very modern has great big rooms and very friendly staff and the best choice of breakfast buffer i had and nice evening meal there you can go wrong if you decide to stay here has seacon mall next door for shopping and is quiet near to the airport too i recommend this hotel if i back in bkk i stay there again
