Luxury for Affordable Price
I like staying in Dusit Thani because the staff are so professional and efficient. Location is so accessible to the MRT and BTS stations. Hotel is impeccably clean. Will continue to stay here when I come back to visit Bangkok.

Great service but disappointed
The room was quite small with no views. In fact, nearby buildings had a view into my room so I had to keep the drapes closed. The furnishings were just "ok"....not "luxury" standard. My television had problems. The staff replaced it after the second incident......but the replacement tv also went black. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of my stay. Excellent!

Really enjoy staying in the Dusit Thani. Just wish I had longer to enjoy the facilities and location more.

The room was pretty old but clean though there was a strange smell.

Excellent stay
Had an excellent stay at Dusit Thani, the hotel was really modern and free welcome drinks were provided at the lounge. Location is rather convenient though it takes abit of effort to get to the Siam Square area. What is best is the street food in the area. Out from the hotel, turn left(MRT is right there), cross over the road, turn left and down the stretch there is an awesome thai milk tea stall. Do try the thai milk green tea. Walk further down and turn right into a small alley. It's food heaven! Many Thai locals have their meals at the stalls here, tried the dry noodles and it was really cheap and good. There are also many food in the area around Dusit Thani at night. Duck noodles were awesome. So was the sticky mango rice. Don't bother going to the restaurants.

Possibly my favourite hotel anywhere
If it is Thai charm, calm, delightful staff, in a central location - that is not 'another 5* hotel' - the Dusit ticks all the boxes
