Spotless Hotel with first class service

we chose a bigger room this time, dusit grand, and it was well worth it. i particularly liked the spacious bathroom which was almost a third of the whole unit. in general the room was comfortable but it can do with some re-painting.

Well located near local shopping arcade and monorail to access to other locations.
9.7
Well stay but hardly in room to enjoy other facilities due to work commitment. Always returned to hotel room quite late in the night after work.
Shopping Tip:
Can get most of the essential things.

Elegant & classy hotel with Thai touch
stone throw away from the mrt / train station
7.3
after checking in from the front desk we proceeded to the nearest elevator only to be chased and told that our room is on the old wing and we have to transfer to another elevator which is several turns away from the main lobby. it was quiet an embarrassing moment,
had buffet at the pavillion saturday evening and was impressed with the line-up. we enjoyed our stay and the food except for the incident after we checked in.

5 star facilities, 5 star staff
Friendly and helpful staff, attention to detail
9.7
The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are quite nice. The welcome drink is only fruit juice, even though it is served in a bar - still, a nice touch. On check in they will probably offer you an upgrade to a "deluxe" package with a better room, breakfast, and Dusit Club membership. I thought the upgrade was worth it! Breakfast was fun, the Dusit Club serves mixed drinks and canapes in the evening, and the room was smallish but nice - fantastic king size bed. I am so glad I stayed at the Dusit!
Restaurant Tip:
Try the food court on the top level of the mall around the corner (Central Mall I think it is called) - most amazing and cheap Thai food!

One of best hotel in Bangkok
easy to go around by subway
10
I stayed at this hotel because of I was traveling by myself, so I like to stay at the nice and safety hotel. There are the subway station right in front of the hotel, so easy for me to go around Bangkok, also the shopping mall next to the hotel if you need something. The Lumphini park is located at the opposite side of the hotel which the famous Lumphini Boxing Stadium is there as well.
Basically nothing to complain here.. If your room doesn't include the breakfast then walk downstair to their little cafe at the first/base floor.
Nightlife Tip:
This hotel is not so far from Silom Road, if you like the nightlife!!

Classic hotel in Bangkok
Location, pool, and restaurants.
8.7
Well appointed club rooms with attention to detail. I really enjoyed the club lounge with excellent daily happy hour. 24 room service is a plus and the pool is quite nice. Multiple restaurant offerings is great and the location close to the skytrain and shopping along Silom is key.
Restaurant Tip:
La Maison du Chin - great Euro-Chinese mix restaurant - is just a short walk away.

Bangkok Classic
View across to Lumpini Park, the grand lobby, waterfall gardens and bar
7.7
everything was clean and the view from the balcony was inspiring (a panorama from the MRT at Silom across to Lumpini Park with a backdrop of skyscrapers). The pool area is a great place to relax, with staff on hand from who to order refreshments, and the restaurants in the main building cater to a wide selection of tastes. We found the staff very polite and helpful, and overall our stay at the Dusit was value for money.
