The room was large and clean with a microwave and a little dining area. The outside temperature was close to 100F degrees but the air conditioner kept the room cool during the night. There were some noisy birds (ducks, geese, chickens, etc.) across the road from the hotel but they settled down when it got dark and it was quiet. The staff were very nice, spoke English well and allowed me to choose any time to be taken to the airport. I was ready a little ahead of time and they took me ahead of schedule. On the negative side, the front desk and restaurant are in an open area so there is no air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower/tub that is only half enclosed. So when you turn on the shower, the water sprays on the walls and the floor making a mess.

Although its location is away from town, it suited our needs as we were there for a tournament at the sports club down the road. However, even for shopping, the hotel was about 20 minutes from Fashion Island and about 30 minutes from the new Mega Bagna which is good for shopping as well without having to fight the traffic and crowds in town. Rooms are very spacious and most staff speak English and are very helpful. Only complaint was housekeeping was not really up to international standards in terms of being thorough and timely. Otherwise, great value. Will certainly be back.

Rooms are very generous and service staff were friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke English. This was really a good value hotel. Only downside was the tardy housekeeping service that always had a knack for choosing the times when you were in the room to want to clean it! Other than that, no complaints. We will be back.

i can honestly say, this is one of the best hotels ... lovely large clean rooms, very friendly staff and small, but excellent clean pool.
for those who have previously stated that this hotel was in the middle of nowhere .... i strongly disagree.
20 minutes from airport
.... and if you come out of the hotel, turn left and walk 2 mintues, you come to a wonderful thai bustling market, full of fresh food, coffee shops and restaurants ... everyone so very friendly. a totally safe neighbourhood/soi!
i cannot praise the staff of this hotel enough ... so very happy, friendly and helpful.
am currently staying here again after travelling for a week!
