Very good attitude, clean, internet in rooms, very good breakfast, Very poor internet system in the rooms I must say I had some fears before ordering this hotel but all of the fears were gone when I arrived there. The attitude of the hotels staff was super nice, they promoted us to the Executive Deluxe Suite :)
The only problem was the internet system in the rooms which was very poor (slow,hard to operate).

- During peak traffic times a taxi driver doesn't want to turn on their meter unless it is a long distance drive to ur destination.U will find urself walking more than often because of this.

-Near to the airport, about 250Baht to the airport around 30 minutes.
-Near to Central World shopping mall, around 15 minutes by walk -Low efficiency of staff, it takes more than 30 minutes for check in...
-Very low speed of internet I have been there for two nights with wife and 4 years old daughter, when back from Koh Samui to Shanghai. Very convenient to the airport, and easy to the shopping mall (Central World) and Supermarket (Big C) if you want to buy something before leave Thailand.
Shopping Tip : Very convenient to the biggest shopping mall -Central World, just 15 minutes by walk, or 50Baht by TukTuk.
