Modern room with good service and facilities.The
buffet breakfast has quite a lot of choice of food and the serving time is great!(till 11 ;30)
Since most Thai's hotel is 10:00. The room is quite small comparing with the same price level's hotel in Bangkok/ This is my first stay in this hotel after renovation. Many improvements shown. The service is good and the room is clean .The breakfast included in the room rate is good and the serving time is excellent! The in-room computer service is good so I don't need to bring my own PC next time. Strongly recommend for this price range hotel.
Nightlife Tip : The foot massage parlour near the hotel is good and worth trying.

Nicely furnished hotel room, Free internet access. They should provide toothpaste. We thought they should have the basic toothpaste and toothbrush thus we didn't bring our own set. The staff in this hotel were all very polite and helpful! They never fail to greet us with smiles each time they see us no matter how late it was.Moreover, one of the bellboy always asked us how we had spent our day outside, whenever we stepped back into the hotel. He gave a personalised touch to each and every guest staying in the hotel. The staff would always help us with the directions to the restaurants that we wanted. Some even offered to make reservations for us in case there were no seats. They provided first class service to the guests stayin there.
On a side note, the hotel was not very near the shopping areas but that was not an issue as taxis were always readily available outside the hotel.
I would definitely come back to this hotel for my next stay!

Room is comfortable especially the bed. Prompt room service and house keeping. Location is far from shopping districts like MBK, Chinatown etc Overall, i feel that this hotel is meant for business travellers more than family-oriented. The room is fantastic. Buffet breakfast is always the same old dishes, nevertheless, the food is definitely worth recommending. The Khao Phad and Rad Na is really good and appealing. Other than its location, everything is good.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you like Bird Nest, a must visit to China Town.

Reception,service and breakfasts. My wife,two adult daughters and I spent 5 days at the Eastin and were exceptionally gratified by the care and consideration shown to each of us by any and every member of the staff. The Eastin will certainly be our preferred hotel in Bangkok since it is very reasonably priced.
Shopping Tip : Indra Sqare,Prarunam Platinum, Pantip Plaza, Rajaprarop Street Stalls.

it is clean and new. the food is nice it is good value for money, on of the best hotel that i have stay in in bangkok. the saff is very friendly. the room are very nice and you get free internet. the food is very nice but not much english food. i will away to back to this hotel. the view from the hotel is good. you can see the hole city. i enjoy my stat at the eastin hotel
Shopping Tip : the shopping is really good can get some good buy alway say wholesale price to get things at a good price

Newly renovated and trendy look. The room set up was excellent! Great service from the service staffs, feel like a king walking through the hotel with almost every single staff would be greeting you with a nice 'sawadee krup'! The internet service need to upgrade to wireless as I had difficulty in connecting through the lan but the staff changed the room immediately for a better room. The moment that I stepped into the hotel, the greetings from all staffs was just so soothing! The room that I had was facing another building but the set up in the room was far more better than any 5 stars or above standard! With the sophisticated control in the room, it makes it feel like we have paid a far higher rate for the room but for the price I paid, it's worth every single cent! Very big thumbs up to Eastin Hotel Makkasan!

Great location 5 mins walk from the Baiyoke Tower, very clean and new hotel... Quite area down a side street from one of the main roads.. Good breakfast Hotel is more expensive then the street proces for laundry and massages. Also had to use the power point outside the bathroom for my hair but had a giant mirror to work with... This was a great hotel to stay in big rooms great bathroom, excellent views. Great location 5 mins walk from the Baiyoke Tower, very clean and new hotel... Quite area down a side street from one of the main roads.. Good breakfast and excellent service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Baiyoke Tower to see the whole city if you an go before sunset to get a view of day and night and the buffet restaurants are wonderful and good value for money and must try...

Comfortable - Healthy Breakfast - Impressive facilities. Hotel are new, Modern decor in the room. Breakfast food on offer and the quality was really good if you want to walk to the shopping areas no problem. By taxi takes about 10 min to the shopping centres. Easy to reach by car.

The entertainment system in the room The only thing bad is the location,if by foot,it takes u quite some time to those nearby shopping mall. Check in and was greeted by all staff,thumps ups for this,Cleanliness of the hotel,double thumps up.Breakfast was not bad either but probably i find that the variety should be more,Overall other than the location which is quite out of place,everything is good.

beautiful hotel room with internet, bathtub, music and payable movies. staffs were very friendly, nice and helpful. eastin is located along the highway. this hotel is very beautiful and nice. take a cab and u can reach siam paragon, mbk area very soon within 15-20mins.
however, the location of this hotel isn't really convenience. Will need to take a cab to the nearest bts. Free shuttle bus service is also provided from the hotel to go some places, can check it out. the room is great. i would love to stay in eastin again for my next visit. However, for its inconvenience location. Also, u will need to pay toll if u are traveling to silom area. For this,i may reconsider my stay.

Located in the heart of bangkok, close to shopping malls ect, the room is very nice with internet and a great flatscreen tv, internet is free of charge, pool is ok, great spa a little priced but worth it. So enjoy yourself here, breakfast also good

The staff was so friendly and professional. The rooms were very nice and newly done. Very clean and free internet in the rooms. We had free cocktails on the roof top lounge. The breakfast area was nice and food not bad. We will recomend this hotel to everyone

Excellent central location. Fantastic upgrade to complete hotel providing superb accommodation and amenities. Very friendly staff. This was an excellent choice from the Agoda stable. While the renovations were completed two years ago the atmosphere is such that the complete hotel seems to be brand new. Facilities and fittings in the rooms exceeded our expectations and are of most modern decor. The internet and large screen tv in each room is excellent. The meals and service is five stars. We will certainly recommend the Eastin to friends and look forward to staying again in the near future.
Shopping Tip : Very near to the major markets and department stores.
