Good hotel with nice rooms but no breakfast

the hotel rooms are nice, but the entrance is a bit small, and there is no breakfast facility available in the hotel but great options just outside the hotel. there are a lot of restaurants on soi 8 and also as the hotel is very close to sukhumvit its easily accessible to all the good places like nana and all the night life around. its great value for money, though at this price can get better hotels with breakfast and a better shower.
Nightlife Tip:
Soi 8 is just opposite to Soi 11 and all the good night clubs, like Q bar, Climax and Bed supper club are located on Soi 11

nice location, helpful staff. good for budget travelers. walking distance to nana station (bts). not far from siam shopping center. the room was spacious n clean, but the bathroom was a bit dirty, also the toiletries.

Very small hotel and the cleanliness is not good. A lot of cockroaches at night. We can not sleep well because we caught more than 2 cockroaches on that night and the aircon was dipping the water.

great location but we were put in another hotel

we wanted to check in to Eight because it is so close to the skytrain at sukhumvit Nana station. however when we checked in we were told the hotel was full, so we were escorted to another hotel down soi 11. the second hotel was nice, but it was frustrating to arrive late at night and then be jockeyed around for half an hour before settling into a room. also at the second hotel, the first room had not been made up so we were forced to shuffle rooms again.
