Good location - large and decent Rooms

about 4-5 metro stations from the old city and all the temples. metro is just 2 min by foot so very convenient. foot massages around and great food stalls.
next time would stay near siam (central)

Eight Inn is very conveniently located just off of Sukhumvit on Soi 8, very close to the Nana SkyTrain stop and to Soi 4 and the other bustling side streets around this part of Sukhumvit. The hotel itself is a bit rough-around-the-edges, but considering the price and location, this is not much of a problem for the traveler not looking for high-end luxury. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The very tiny lift broke during our second day at the hotel, but, again for the price and location, a few stairs are acceptable. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. Eight Inn is recommended for anyone looking to stay in a nice location on a budget.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
With Soi 4 around the corner and Soi Cowboy not far, along with all the usual attractions of Sukhumvit Road, there is a lot to do near Eight Inn. It is also very convenient to the SkyTrain, leaving most of Bangkok at your fingertips.

the rooms are a good size but this is the 4th time i've stayed there and the tv never works, and the condition of the rooms is getting shabby, like cigarette burns on the desk atc.
also the shower room/toilet are nice but the shower itself is weak and unrefreshing, and didn't get that hot.
it's cheap though and in a truly great spot so overal recommended for those ona budget. better than many.

The room was spacious, clean and neat. The location of this hotel makes it shine. Sukhumvit soi 8 has plenty of coffee shop, massage and restaurant, cross the street and you have hundred of bar, pub and club open till daylight. The Nana train station is right beside.
Shopping Tip:
Ask the reception how to get to the wkend Chatuchak market. You'd love it!

the hotel is centrally located to the sukhumwit road nightlife and at the doorstep of the nana skytrain station. rooms were modern and the staff friendly. great option when you're on a budget and you want to be in the middle of the bars and clubs scene.

you can check in whenever you want, the room has all the fornitures you need but the standard one has the window on the corridor, so you can't change the air.
the location is good, close to nightlife and really close to the skytrain stop.
