Rooms were very nice, seperate lounge and bedroom. Bathroom excellent.
The hotel is really lovely for the price we paid. Although much stress and disappointment organising tours through the hotel. The tours were an hour late or they were calling us an hour early to met the tour guide. The tours we went on were over priced, and the 'authentic thai' food we were meant to have was terrible!! Problem solving is not known to the hotel or its staff as we encountered many in our 4 nights stay. Good value if you can handle all the problems that just seem to happen.

spacious room, comfy bed, big and clean living hall within the room, clean toilet, friendly staff at the hotel entrance and reception counter, good location - near to skytrain.
the room has a stench, should ensure that room smells fresh. saw a rat running across the breakfast room on one of the morning, will need to look into overall cleanliness. there is inadequte replacement of used toiletries.
The reception staffs are friendly and helpful. I forgot to bring along my hotel voucher. Instead of having to purchase the internet card to access the common pc, they actually allowed me to access their office computer to print the voucher for free.
On the overall, the building interior is old and the corridor is pretty gloom. Luckily the room is spacious and comprises of a living hall and bedroom. The living hall is clean; decent bedroom with comfortable bed. There are bathrobes and slippers for guest to put on too.
International breakfast is available. Though the variety is quite limited, food is rather tasty.
The bell boy is also very friendly and render useful directional information to us.

Near to BTS station,
Friendly and earnest stuff
Free bottles of drinking water everyday
Wi-Fi connectivity
Daily Breakfast
Roof Top Bar, in room massage service, in house travel agent
Near central pier and can see the monks collecting alms in the morning.
Fittings have seen better days
Same food for breakfast everyday, but still it taste great!
Was taking a vacation in bangkok for a week and decided to stay @ elegance suites after reading reviews of it.
I must say i was impressed with the level of service they provide and the full suites hotel did live up to expectation.
The decorations and fittings though, you can see clearly that they have seen better days, but hey, these little shortcomings doesnt bother me at all. Whats important is the level of business class service the staff provide and the most important of all, location location!
Travel tip : walk out of the hotel, turn left down the alley, cross the road and you are at the BTS station.
Thats where u can catch the monks collecting alms if u are early enuff @ 6am

good breakfast
roof top pool
This hotel was probably nice in its day, but that day has passed and it's showing its age. The rooms are dated and the bathrooms need a facelift. There are just too many competitively priced mid-tier hotels that are better than this one. We stayed at the Heritage Silom previous to this and were sorely disappointed with the demotion in ambiance, ammenities and location.

nice big rooms, good breakfast, clean rooms
water temp in the shower wasn't consistent. not a big deal, just annoying
My husband and I booked the "Junior suite" - I was a bit worried that it would be tiny. It was perfect! Bathroom with bath, little kitchenette, living room and bedroom! no problems with staff. We were even able to get a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight.

Great service, buffet breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, fitness room on the roof! Quiet yet walking distance to Mall, day and night markets, Skytrain and river boat pier. Kitchen, living room & bedroom suite and not just an ensuite bedroom. Porters will call you a 'Taxi Meter'-metered taxi, and not offer you an expensive on site fixed price taxi service as most hotels do.
Menu very limited & both food and drink very expensive -110baht+ tax for small beer! Unusually for a Thai hotel, the Junior suite's walls seemed very thin as I had to ask a neighbour to turn down his admittedly very loud TV. And later at 1am a a group came in on the other side, with loud alcohol-fueled conversation and regular choruses of 'Happy Birthday' coming through loud and clear even with earplugs. Also though the suite was nicely designed, unusually for a Thai hotel, the bedhead was under the bay-window with an old and noisy aircon unit on both sides!
Small but very nice friendly older but well-maintained and tastefully designed hotel in a convenient location in a Thai not a tourist area like Khao San which I personally prefer. Everything was within a short walking distance and public transport to anywhere in Bangkok. Generous buffet breakfast but a shame food & drink prices were so high as I would have been happy to relax & eat & drink on site especially at the poolside bar with fantastic skyline views, but I had to go outside to convenient & nearby restaurants & fast food. I dont see the point of a kitchen in the suite if u dont have a microwave at least & some cutlery & Crockery! Overall great value and I would stay there again at this promotional price.
Travel tip : Great street food very near to the hotel between Robinson's mall and the Skytrain & pier.

Breakfast service personnel have a good quality of service and location is nice
safe unsafe and Hotel management is not problem-solving skills
We go to Bangkok is one to celebrate my son's first birthday but we are so sad to live in this hotel, because the period of stay of our money is lost. The money is locked in a safe, and one day come back safe can not be opened, after hotel staff to help, open the found less money, and hotels can not be a good solution to the problem and hopes to strengthen the security system! !

good location, hospitality
good location, near to subway BTS, also near to river boat, so is very convinient to travel, especially in bangkok where traffic is terrible,
the hotel all equipt with microvave, bread backer, which is convinient to cook your own food. the hotel also have free suttle bus to patphong area every night, but you have to book to hotel in advance. Hospitallity of this hotel also one of the plus, thus I will definately come stay again next visit. one comment I would give to the hotel is prepare tooth brush supply to customer in case they forget to bring one. also the sampoo supply is not so consistent, and the sampoo size is too small for long hair. but overall I am happy with the quality of the hotel, genrally meet and exceed my expectation for the money spent.

Nice clean hotel and big rooms with comfortable bed. Close to the rail system and silom road is walking distance. The staff were helpful with restaurants nearby and tour desk.had a nice rooftop swimming pool. Would definately stay there again.the location seemed close to everything that you would to have at your disposal. The buffet breakfast was okay.

Great location, large rooms, helpful staff
One of the main reasons we stayed here was the roof top bar, unfortunately it wasnt open!
The rooms were large and clean, with plenty of hot water. There was a large selection for breakfast. All the staff were very helpful and offered assistance whenever they could. There are 2 BTS stations within easy walking distance.

FAR FROM THE ENTERTAINMENT AREAS
A very nice and clean hotel just a short walk to the rail station. Has a good buffet breakfast with nice and friendly staff. Is close to silom road and restaurants. The rooms are quite a good size with tea and coffee making facilities and large comfortable bed. The only downside is the bars and entertainment is a bit of a distance away from the hotel.

-5 minute walk to Sathorn pier for river ferry
-5 minute walk to Sky Train which provides access to other areas of the city
-Close to shopping and grocery store, lots of street vendors with cheap food nearby
-No hot water, cold water is relatively warm due to temperature in Bangkok but it would have been nice to have a hot shower after a long day.
No dishes or cooking utensils in the kitchen
Pool area is not very inviting and I did not use the pool.
This is a perfect location from which to explore the city. The river ferry takes you directly to all of the historical areas - temples, Grand Palace and National Museum. Skytrain provides quick access to Siam Square which has some of the best high end shopping. The area is not fancy but does have lots of colour from the many street vendors, and market stalls which line the nearby streets. There are no higher end restaurants in vicinity of hotel but there are several high end hotels close by (Mandarin Oreiental, Peninsula etc) where you can indulge in fine dining and luxury spas. Hotels provide free ferry service from the river pier
Shopping Tip : If you are looking for a good loaf of bread, selection of cheeses or other international foods, head to the food market on the lower level of Paragon Mall at Siam Square. It has everything!
