Small by Bangkok standards which means you can gety to know the staff who are all very friendly and welcoming
Pool is on rooftop and is very hot
This is a small hotel but despite the low cost the rooms or really suites are large, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is situated close to the Saphan Taksin Skytrain station, the Central Ferry pier and Robinson's department store. Do not be put off by location at the end of a sidestreet. This street contains the features of Bangkok life, street cafes, laundries, massage parlours which make my stays in Bangkok into a friendly experience

Nice spacious rooms with good amenities nice staff very willing to help out .
Took me some time to find the hotel it is sort of out of the way even my taxi driver didi not know where the hotel was located
It seems as though at one time this was a very beautiful and high end hotel but it is a bit run down now.The hotel i had a hard time locating it even using a taxi. The hotel staff was very helpful once i got there.
It is close to the plaza if you are into shopping and the hustle a bustle of the city.
The restaurant is well appointed with good indian dishes The internet usage is very expensive but there are internet cafe close by for 20bth/hr.
all in all it is a good hotel close to everything .
p.s i think agoda should include the hotel's contact number on the voucher in case the customer
need to contact the hotel .....

The price. Centrally located. The best thing was that just in front of the Hotel there is a tour guide service facility which can arrange a private tour guide
The physical appearance of hotel surroundings does not promote to walk around the hotel
This hotel is certainly a budget hotel option. The service in general is good. The hotel is clean and the service is reasonable. The beds are at the level on comfort of a hotel of its price range. Breakfasts are great. In my opinion one the greatest strengths is that there is a tour business office just in front of it. In such office you can arrange the service of a private tour guide which is strongly encouraged given the English language limitations of many Thailand natives. i would not mind to stay again if my budget does not allow me to do an upgrade.

Small hotel with friendly staff.
Suites are large and well equipped and are superior to the rooms in many more expensive hotels.
Close to BTS Skytrain station and Central boat pier which makes it easy to get around. Also close to Robinsons Department Store
When arriving from the airport by taxi the approach seems very simple and dodges most of the cities traffic jams.
None in my opinion but the shopaholics may feel a bit remote from shopping malls. The closeness of the skytrain gets round that problem
After two visits this is now my hotel of choice in Bangkok. I especially like the friendly and helpful staff and the ease of getting around. The hotel is located in a colorful area with plenty of local interest. There is even a useful Taxi and travel service across the street. Mr Audi will help you with trips in and around the city.
Restaurant Tip : For good, inexpensive Thai food try the Queen of Curry opposite the side door of Robinson's store. Lat will give you a friendly welcome and will tailor her food to suit your palate

Its a small hotel , all persons are friendly and helpful.I like the nice roof garden with the pool and massage for relaxing after a long day(or during).Good breakfast selection.,2 rooms-enough space. it was our second stay there.
The rooms facing the courtyard are more quiet, specially in upper floors.Rooms facing the street are not so quite specially when you open the windows.
The location is not far away from the sky train, Robinson shopping center is nearby. The small street gives you an
Asian feeling, the hotel is a surprise when you enter. The welcome is friendly and warm , staff polite and helpful.Familiar atmosphere, nice breakfast with a good choice for different nations, the rooms are clean and big,the relaxing area on the roof offers an interesting view and
a small pool and a relaxing massage.
Compared with an other Hotel where we stayed it is more individual.
Restaurant Tip : In the Robinson Shopping center are some Restaurants for lunch break, good selection ,clean and cheap

Staff.
Location near the river.
It was a great value for the price. It was comfortable and two-three blocks walking from the metro. We felt safe in the neighborhood & on the metro. We would definitely stay at this place again and would recommend to anyone. The breakfast was included. This is not a five star hotel, but if you are looking for clean, comfortable, convenient to the metro stay at a reasonable price, we highly recommend it. The front desk employees were always friendly & helpful every time we asked for assistance.

Cleanliness, price in hotel, internet expensive
We booked this hotel through internet from home. As we came at the reception, everything was very quick. They gave us the room and we were in. Hotel has a lift, this is also very good. But the room has a very bad cigarette smell. Although we smoke, this was annoying, because a 40 m2 room has only 1 small window. The microwave was very dirty and inside there were food leftovers. Toilet was also stinky. So we changed the hotel a few days after.
Restaurant Tip : For a quick eat, there are a lot of places just outside the hotel.

Pool & garden on the roof
The taxi driver doesn't know that hotel-you allways need a taxi or train to visit the best attractions of Bangkok. All things in hotel looking old and used.
The stuff are really friendly. The Apartment was much bigger then a room in a normal hotel. The view out of our window was nice because we got a view directly on the highest building of Bangkok.
The hotel is situated in a poor part of Bangkok. It's on a street where you find many small firms. With steel. The train station (skytrain) is 5 min. by walking. Typical for 4 &5 star hotels they count 17% for tax & service on all prices.
Hotel Feature Tip : The pool on the roof is great

In this hotel, the rooms are pretty wide, clean and satisfied. Swimming pool on the roof with drinking bar is available. Staffs are kind, too.
Some taxi drivers may not know the name of the hotel, and you have to explain to them where the hotel is.
I have visited Thailand more than 10 times. And I stayed at this hotel from Oct.2 to 3, only one night, but just one night is not enough to enjoy the hotel life here. The rooms are very wide and clean, you can watch the TV while lying on the sofa. There is a swimming pool on the roof with drinking bar. Thai massage is available too. Near the hotel, you can enjoy Thai foods, go shopping in downtown Bangkok. If you want to feel what is Thai, this hotel is one of the good places.

Wery good breakfast in the mornings. For dinner try the roast duck at restaurant just to the right of the hotel entrance.

While the lobby is quite small and nondescript, the hotel rooms are great and the beds HUGE.
Breakfasts were very good. The room service food I found to be expensive, but there is a very good cheap Thai restaurant "Glang Soi Restaurant" just a few doors away towards Robinson.

If you are travelling on a budget, this is the place for you. Its nice and clean and in a very convenient location. Once you get your bearings (the hotel will give you a map and a directions card for when you catch a taxi), you will see how easy and accessible everything is, including public transport. Do your research at home and get an idea of where you want to go and it will make it easier for you. The staff at the hotel will go out of their way to help you so dont be afraid to ask.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A taxi to and from the airport should cost no more than 300baht each way and the sky train and ferry is no more than 30baht (depending on where you are going).

A great small hotel at reasonable price.
Restaurant Tip : Take the Skytrain one stop and go to the excellent, though costly Blue Elephant Restaurant for a very special dinner. The food was wonderful and not to be missed. Very exquisite blends of flavors and incredible food. Also the building is a beautiful old colonial that has been refurbished to create a sense of old world charm.
