Poor cleanliness, could find cobwebs at corners near to bed/cupboards.
dusty floor that doesn't seemed to be cleaned thoroughly.
Waited for 12 hours just to request for new clean towels, as I forgot to release the "DO NOT DISTURB" buttom the previous day that I was out. Very limited breakfast choices, that repeats identically everyday.
