Location, Location, Location Internet charges are crazy. I have stayed at a dozen hotels all over Bangkok in the last 9 years. Emporium Suites is the one I am making my permanant choice now. This was my 3rd stay at ES. Just can't beat the convenience of having a mall attached, a BTS Skytrain station attached, and the many restaurants in the mall including my favorite Japanese chain "Fuji". A really good western food market is on the fifth floor of the mall also. The staff is really professional, and courteous. Guest friendly also. Only complaint I have is what they charge for internet. 500 Baht a day! No week discount or any other plan than daily available. Crazy. A True hotspot is available downstairs in the coffee shop between the lobby and the mall entrance however. Rooms have a small kitchen which is nice. The price is very reasonable for a hotel of this quality.
Hotel Feature Tip : Use the back door of the lobby to enter the mall. Walk about 20 meters down the side of parking garage to mall entrance. Elevator inside gets you to all the floors of mall quickly.

this hotel is pretty much perfect. great view, large room, good service. the shower set up makes it so that when you take a shower, the water runs out after a time and spills out on the floor. so you have to use a towel or something to block the flow of the water, or finish your shower quickly. all in all a very nice hotel well worth the money. a little pricy compared to other 5 star hotels in bangkok but cant beat the location. i will stay here again for sure.

connects to mall, large room, nice view, paper every morning, clean a little far from nana, breakfast finishes early Stayed here for 5 nights. Cant argue with the quality of this hotel. Only thing is I managed to get the 10 am breakfast buffet only once. Wish it was open till 12. But atmosphere is great, easily connects to BTS, and no problem bringing guests.
