Nice gym, good pool, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff.
Expensive to get internet service.
The Emporium is a great place to stay in Bangkok, conveniently located by the Skytrain and on top of the Emporium Mall. The room was very clean, big with kitchen attached, which came in handy. I really liked the pool and gym facilities. The staff were friendly and they allowed a late check out, which I appreciated. The attached spa was ok but there is better elsewhere. I would highly recommend this hotel as a comfortable and convenient base to explore Bangkok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : One stop away on the Skytrain in Thong Lor is the Bua Spa. Great relaxing atmosphere, great massage.

location is good if you are a shopper. Room is relatively big, with kitchen and decent sized tv.
Room can feel a little old, even with the new upgrades. Elevator seems busy with long waits. Breakfast could do with some improvements, too few varieties
Overall, this hotel is quite satisfactory. With the location conveniently located next to a shopping center, it is easy to get a meal or to purchase any necessasities that you might have left back home. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety and seems to be repetitive. Pool bar closes quite early which is quite disappointing however, there are quite a few night spots near by. None the less, the experience I gathered from this hotel is quite positive

The location was great, the staff members were polite, the room was clean and big (with a kitchen! we didn't use it, though) and the hotel was so convenient! (above Emporium and connected to a train station)
The only problem about the hotel was the elevators. There were only three elevators working and each one was very slow, so when we were in hurry, we were a bit irritated.
I and my sister stayed in this hotel, and we must say that the stay there was wonderful. Even if the elevator problem is not solved, we would stay in this hotel again when we come back here.

Fantastic view. Easy to access BTS
The rooms a bit outdated.
Overall it's a good choice for serviced apartment. Big pool, a good gym, the emporium mall facilities and last but not least the direct access to sky train..If you don't want to use the BTS Sukyhumvit Road is a nightmare so think again..the hotel shows it sage though still acceptable. Most room windows don't open. Mediocre breakfast.

Good selection for the breakfast but it can get a bit busy at the weekend so don't leave it too late. Has ample parking for the car just next door.
Relatively expensive internet
Lovely swimming pool that is well shaded in the late afternoon. You can order nam apao and sit there sipping on your coconut juice. If you are really game they have happy hour from 5pm with cocktails 2 for the price of one.

Get in to happy hour between 5 and 7 at the lounge barr
The pool guy said that happy hour didn't apply to that area, well he was wrong wasn't he.
Nice big rooms with a good view over to the river. Excellent when the weather is stormy and great for photography from the outside balcony. You can get fabulous pictures of the lightning coming down if you just take your time.
Recommend business travellers stay here as it is much quieter than a hotel as has mostly long term guests.
Restaurant Tip : Room service is really reasonable

Great location as the hotel is connected to Emporium shopping complex,Sky train nearby, very good gym and pool area for relaxing. Rooms are very spacious and high standard.
Breakfast could have been more interesting. Very limited fruit selection, where's all the tropical fruit?? Last time I stayd in ES pool area was closed which was a big dissappointment. Another thing I didn't like too much is their internet charges. If you wanna use hotel's wireless connection you have to take it for full 24h each time...
I've stayed twice in Emporium suites and can recommend this hotel to anybody. The location is very good. If you like nice spacious gym, relaxing by the pool, shopping and beautifully decorated rooms this is definitely a great choice for you.

Excellent location for shopping area
Hotel is a little old and needs renovation for the money
We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was very good but a little "tired" and in need of an overhaul for the money. It is in a great location for shopping and close to the sky train and metro for easy access around the city. The breakfast was good and would recommend staying here to anyone especially if they refurbish the rooms!

Hospitality. They let me enter before check in time as my shoulder was hanging because of the operation on it.
No water shower next to the toilet.
This was my first experience in Thailand and I liked the atmosphere at the Hotel. I will remeber how the attendant at the reception followed us to let me check in early as I was hanging my arm due to shoulder operation. It is also an advantage that the mall was next door to the Hotel.

Large rooms and very quiet
Internet was only available on a daily rate and there was no weekly option.
Situated close to the Phrom Phong BTS station and with a choice of room sizes this hotel is ideal for those who need to stay a few days in Bangkok for holiday or for working in the City.
There is ample car parking and the swimming pool is plenty large enough to accomodate a large group and gets plenty of shade in the afternoon.
Take advantage of happy hour at 5-7pm and sip a cocktail whilst watching the sun set.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are into Tai Chi then hop next door to Benjasiri park and there is a group session at about 6pm daily near to the gate furthest from the Emporium. If you like aerobics then at the rear or the park a session runs at the same time, just join in.

Good location , by shopping mall - the Emporium . Very easy to call taxi to go everywhere you will . The room is more larger than the other hotel . Breakfast is very good too .
nothing to say , unless you will go to another location .
I have been with my wife in the hotel for three nights . We had good breakfast every morning in the hotel and in the afternoon had been going to swim , the swimming pool was clean . At noon or at night , we just went through the Emporium Mall to the fifth floor to have lunch or dinner , there were Japanese , Thai , Korean and Chinese foods .
Shopping Tip : Good location . I think this hotel is good too for solo traveler .

The rooms are quite large with the smallest being about 65m square with its own kitchen area.
The internet is only available on a daily basis and there is no option to purchase for longer or shorter periods.
Great hotel with very reasonable prices that include breakfast. A fabulous swimming pool is located on the roof. A good choice of food for breakfast and great view of the park and city.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you want to treat yourself take cocktails during happy hour for a real bargain. You can sip them by the side of the pool as the sun sets.

Excellent rooms, with good facilities. Excellent front of house service and of course world class shopping centre next door
Bathroom facility not great, needs better eating facilities
A very positive stay, excellent cable and shopping available and of course very convenient to various restaurants and nightlife in one of the busiest areas in Bangkok when it comes to nightlife. Having the hotel attached to the world class shopping centre is a masterstroke. I would recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the experience of the hotel and its local amenities.
Shopping Tip : Fantastic shopping available

Comfortable rooms, great room service, fabulous location and extremely courteous staff
The breakfast could be a little more imaginative and varied
Right from the initial check-in to the time we left our five days at the Emporium Suites were extremely comfortable. This was the first time that I had stayed at this hotel and would certainly stay here again. This is a no fuss and easy to get around hotel, with large rooms that had all the facilities that one requires. Staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous; this was true from the front desk to the bell boys and the chamber maids. The fact that the hotel is situated in my favourite mall in the city is a huge plus. Two small gripes are that the internet is expensive and the breakfast could be a little more imaginative and varied.
