THE ROOM!! The size of the room at that price was great! THE LOCATION: Next to the Emporium Mall, one could eat at the less crowded food court which was a little upmarket. The mall also has a suoermarket in it. Sky train is also accessible through this mall, which makes it easier. Taxis are easily available too! Staff is well versed in English.
The rug and the condition of the room was a bit dated.The Bathroom also needs an uplift. The operator is not that great as she failed to convey an important message to us on time.No free internet in the room.
The Room was so big that we could actually move about with ease unlike most hotel rooms, which just have a room with a bed! The room was contemporary with whites and dark browns and a bit of Steel.Flat screen TV. We had a kitchennete with a large room, a small table with two chairs, adequate cupboards,work space as well as a sofa! The hotel is not luxurious like a typical five star, but VERY clean, tidy and comfortable.Unlike many hotels in Bangkok, where you are unsure about who would be hanging out in the lobbies, this is definitely a hotel with the right type of people. The location is fantastic. We would go back again even though the operator messed up the message. Hopefully they would look into it as they have promised.
The buffet breakfast needs a bit of looking into. The grand buffet breakfast is missing here.It is a buffet but not so grand. However the hotel staff at the breakfast room were so good. They actaully made sure I got baked beans with my breakfast (these were not available every day in the buffet)as I did not like many of the items there for breakfast. Not many choices in the restaurants at all but the food court in the connecting mall makes up for that. The elevator is a bit too slow, so if you like things done too fast then you gotta take it easy for it to get to you!

Convenient location to Sky Train, shopping and on Sumkumvit. Average breakfast and Hotel does not have good concierge services, i.e., recommendation for places to go and things to do in Bangkok. 1. Generally a good hotel, albeit without lots of the concierge services like recommendation for places to go and things to do. There were no brochures for these activities in the room or at the front desk.
2. The hotel is right at one of the best shopping mall. The skytrain access is thru the shopping mall or a short distance to the outside street. It is somewhat at the center of Bangkok on Sumkhumvit so it is very convenient location.
3. The hotel staff was helpful and responded quickly to my request.
4. Breakfast was average.
5. Overall a good hotel for business trip.

Great location; large comfortable rooms; good food; good service.
I have to say, I stay regularly at this hotel, whenever I pass through Bkk and there really isn't anything i dislike about it. The Emporium Suites are very conveniently situated, with the Emporium Mall being attached directly to the Hotel.
The Mall has all the best high end shopping in Bkk, as well as the less expensive stores, and a great Dept store, food hall, and multiplex cinema.
The Hotel rooms are large and comfortable, with kitchenettes, and dining and seating areas.
For the price, I don't know where you would get such a large, clean and luxurious room in the center of Bangkok.
The room service was incredibly fast, and the quality very good.
The service generally is extremely polite and helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip : I am often in Bkk just for a night and I choose this hotel because without leaving the premises and having to deal with Bkk traffic or the skytrain, I can get all my shopping done, from clothes to the best bookstore in town, have a great meal and watch a movie....and then just take an escalator to the lobby to get back into the hotel.
Its GREAT for a short trip or a transit!

Friendliness and efficiency of front door staff in calling taxis and ensuring driver had correct destination. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable roomes and low noise air conditioning. Less expensive lunch options. More attractive eveing dining facilities. Larger lounge with entertainment. We enjoyed our stay at the Emporium Suites. I would put more emphasis on a nice restaurant for evening. The cleanliness in our rooms was quite efficient but our kitchen bin was not always emptied and our fruit was not always replaced. Suggestiong for tours and trips would have been appreciated. This hotel seemed to cater more for business people.

No change to my first comments - simply great all round. This was my second stay and I will continue to come back. My first review still holds - great value for a first class accommodation and service.
The staff are just fantastic, courteous and helpful. The facilities are well appointed and even for a short stay provide everything you need. The location is great and very central.
The breakfasts are outstanding and provide for all tastes.

There is a nice kitchen in the room. And the vier from the room is also nice. Very close to the station. A little bit expensive compared to other hotels I reserve for my mother and sister. They are really happy to stay here. They can buy things and food at Emporium supermarket that locates next to Emporium Suits Hotel. And this hotel locates very near from the BTS station,too. So, it is really convenient very much. In the morning they could walk around the park that locates next to the Emporium Suits Hotel.

Professional staff, very attentive. Warm and sincere service. Very clean rooms, lovely pool. Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, from the moment we arrived to our departure, we had a lovely experience. We enjoyed the lovely gardens and foliage. The wonderful flower displays and the very helpful staff,where nothing was too much trouble. Staff attitude was always special towards us. Good air conditioning, wonderfully comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. We were lucky to have such a spectacular view. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed swimming in it every day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very good for link to BTS station, for access to all sights and connections we were interested in.

Top location.
Great staff. My wife & I stayed at Emporium Suites for three nights to finish our six week Asian holiday. From the time we arrive until the moment we left, the service provided was outstanding. We arrived very early in the morning but check in staff went out of their way to find us a room & booked us in straight away. The room was huge with great features like a flat screen TV, DVD player & sound system. Great bathroom. All in all one of the best hotels we have stayed in & would recommend it to anyone looking for that bit of extra luxury right on Sukhumvit in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : Attached to Emporium Shopping Centre for all those luxury brands not always seen at home.

Good position near sky train, rooms adequate. Staff, getting things done, overpriced. Well positioned hotel, but overpriced for what you got, it's not really a suite hotel, though the rooms are adequate in size. Counter staff not really that co-operative, bell boys were great.
Travel tip : Next to sky train station for good access.

We found the room hot on arrival, and the air condition was slow, in fact so slow I thought it might have been out of service. However, when I complained the hotel staff answered very promptly.
Also, I give high point for polite- and friendliness. We didn’t use the sky train but I though it good to have the access.
Also I found a walk in the nearby park refreshing. On the whole, the stay was a very positive experience.

We stayed in new year day and enjoyed stay there. The hotel is close to shopping cneter and trains. There are all the audio and visual instrument we enjoyed DVD and so on.
We used the taxi to airpot the price is too expensie.

We stayed over new years holiday in this hotel. The locaion is one of hte best in Bangkok. It is ery close to the most popular shopping center. There is not much choice in meals, not so many restaurant in this hotel Japanese, Chinese and Thai.

position of this hotel is fantastic.it's on the sky train and department store.

We spending for anniversary at this hotel. Even I informed about this in advance, nothing provided from hotel, usually up grading or cake or card. I know this isnt compulsary things from hotel but I dont feel any hospitality or excellent service. Room was bid old, looks clean but actually not very clean up after housekeeping cleaness.
Breakfast was disappointed.
Travel tip : You can go to Emporium shopping center through carpark, entrance next to lobby lounge.

good location and facilities The service at front is not perfect We stayed over over the new year holidays. We chose this hotel becaus of the convenient location hotel is close to one of the best shopping place and BTS station.
We want to have a meal at hotel there is not much choice and also there is not many restaurant in Emporium.
All the hotel staffs are very friendly particularly they are very kind to the childeren, my daughter was well treated. There is not a concierge in hotel I think better to have this kind of facility in a 5 star hotel.
