Location, service close to world standard shopping mall complex. If you are traveling to or on a short stop over in Bangkok this is an ideal place I found. It is well appointed, service and staff are excellent, rooms and views fantastic. The best part is that you have all the well known airport type brand shops under the same roof, literally. The skytrain is within walking distance to take you to any other destination for example Siam paragon etc and beats the taxi ride in congested Bangkok traffic. Great place.
Travel tip : Use the skytrain and get to any place faster than any other form of transport...plus you see the locals up close.

Travel tip : CONNECTED SKY TRAIN STATION PHRONG PHONG IS VERY USEFULL TO MOVE AROUND IN SHORTER TIME AS COMPARE TO TAXI DUE TO TRAFIC JAMS.

Welcome fruits were tasty. Hotel staffs's service level is high.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Reserved the half day city tour at midnight, but staff kindly contacted travel agency. The tour was enjoyable and memorable since the tour coordinator was knowledgeable.

Excellent value for money, especially if what you're looking for is just a place to sleep.
Travel tip : Not your typical BKK occupation but if you need a dental checkup, cleaning, whitening session or something more serious there is a world class dental clinic nearby (88/88 sukhumvit soi 49). Check out: www.dentalhospitalbangkok.com. Super clean and modern facilities, excellent doctors and service. Very reasonably priced as well. I've been going at least twice a year for over 6 years and have had only positive experiences (as much as going to the dentist can be positive...)

This is not a budget hotel but one very well suited for those wanting a comfortable hotel stay together with a life away from hotel comforts. we used it as the perfect base from where to sightsee and shop. The location could not be better--transport is easy and the rooms have the additional advantage of attached kitchenettes and a gourmet food store in the Emporium mall. We will stay again at the same hotel.

The place is so convinient but a lot of traffic jam in weekend. We took taxi to move to the shopping center nearby we took a hour to move about 1km.
If hotel have more coffe shops and restaurants we can enjoy more
