Excellent location for shopping area Hotel is a little old and needs renovation for the money We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was very good but a little "tired" and in need of an overhaul for the money. It is in a great location for shopping and close to the sky train and metro for easy access around the city. The breakfast was good and would recommend staying here to anyone especially if they refurbish the rooms!

Hospitality. They let me enter before check in time as my shoulder was hanging because of the operation on it. No water shower next to the toilet. This was my first experience in Thailand and I liked the atmosphere at the Hotel. I will remeber how the attendant at the reception followed us to let me check in early as I was hanging my arm due to shoulder operation. It is also an advantage that the mall was next door to the Hotel.

Large rooms and very quiet Internet was only available on a daily rate and there was no weekly option. Situated close to the Phrom Phong BTS station and with a choice of room sizes this hotel is ideal for those who need to stay a few days in Bangkok for holiday or for working in the City.
There is ample car parking and the swimming pool is plenty large enough to accomodate a large group and gets plenty of shade in the afternoon.
Take advantage of happy hour at 5-7pm and sip a cocktail whilst watching the sun set.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you are into Tai Chi then hop next door to Benjasiri park and there is a group session at about 6pm daily near to the gate furthest from the Emporium. If you like aerobics then at the rear or the park a session runs at the same time, just join in.

Good location , by shopping mall - the Emporium . Very easy to call taxi to go everywhere you will . The room is more larger than the other hotel . Breakfast is very good too . nothing to say , unless you will go to another location . I have been with my wife in the hotel for three nights . We had good breakfast every morning in the hotel and in the afternoon had been going to swim , the swimming pool was clean . At noon or at night , we just went through the Emporium Mall to the fifth floor to have lunch or dinner , there were Japanese , Thai , Korean and Chinese foods .
Shopping Tip : Good location . I think this hotel is good too for solo traveler .

The rooms are quite large with the smallest being about 65m square with its own kitchen area. The internet is only available on a daily basis and there is no option to purchase for longer or shorter periods. Great hotel with very reasonable prices that include breakfast. A fabulous swimming pool is located on the roof. A good choice of food for breakfast and great view of the park and city.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you want to treat yourself take cocktails during happy hour for a real bargain. You can sip them by the side of the pool as the sun sets.

Excellent front of house service and of course world class shopping centre next door Bathroom facility not great, needs better eating facilities A very positive stay, excellent cable and shopping available and of course very convenient to various restaurants and nightlife in one of the busiest areas in Bangkok when it comes to nightlife. Having the hotel attached to the world class shopping centre is a masterstroke. I would recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy the experience of the hotel and its local amenities.

Comfortable rooms, great room service, fabulous location and extremely courteous staff The breakfast could be a little more imaginative and varied Right from the initial check-in to the time we left our five days at the Emporium Suites were extremely comfortable. This was the first time that I had stayed at this hotel and would certainly stay here again. This is a no fuss and easy to get around hotel, with large rooms that had all the facilities that one requires. Staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous; this was true from the front desk to the bell boys and the chamber maids. The fact that the hotel is situated in my favourite mall in the city is a huge plus. Two small gripes are that the internet is expensive and the breakfast could be a little more imaginative and varied.

THE ROOM!! The size of the room at that price was great! THE LOCATION: Next to the Emporium Mall, one could eat at the less crowded food court which was a little upmarket. The mall also has a suoermarket in it. Sky train is also accessible through this mall, which makes it easier. Taxis are easily available too! Staff is well versed in English.
The rug and the condition of the room was a bit dated.The Bathroom also needs an uplift. The operator is not that great as she failed to convey an important message to us on time.No free internet in the room.
The Room was so big that we could actually move about with ease unlike most hotel rooms, which just have a room with a bed! The room was contemporary with whites and dark browns and a bit of Steel.Flat screen TV. We had a kitchennete with a large room, a small table with two chairs, adequate cupboards,work space as well as a sofa! The hotel is not luxurious like a typical five star, but VERY clean, tidy and comfortable.Unlike many hotels in Bangkok, where you are unsure about who would be hanging out in the lobbies, this is definitely a hotel with the right type of people. The location is fantastic. We would go back again even though the operator messed up the message. Hopefully they would look into it as they have promised.
The buffet breakfast needs a bit of looking into. The grand buffet breakfast is missing here.It is a buffet but not so grand. However the hotel staff at the breakfast room were so good. They actaully made sure I got baked beans with my breakfast (these were not available every day in the buffet)as I did not like many of the items there for breakfast. Not many choices in the restaurants at all but the food court in the connecting mall makes up for that. The elevator is a bit too slow, so if you like things done too fast then you gotta take it easy for it to get to you!

Convenient location to Sky Train, shopping and on Sumkumvit. Average breakfast and Hotel does not have good concierge services, i.e., recommendation for places to go and things to do in Bangkok. 1. Generally a good hotel, albeit without lots of the concierge services like recommendation for places to go and things to do. There were no brochures for these activities in the room or at the front desk.
2. The hotel is right at one of the best shopping mall. The skytrain access is thru the shopping mall or a short distance to the outside street. It is somewhat at the center of Bangkok on Sumkhumvit so it is very convenient location.
3. The hotel staff was helpful and responded quickly to my request.
4. Breakfast was average.
5. Overall a good hotel for business trip.

I have to say, I stay regularly at this hotel, whenever I pass through Bkk and there really isn't anything i dislike about it. The Emporium Suites are very conveniently situated, with the Emporium Mall being attached directly to the Hotel.
The Mall has all the best high end shopping in Bkk, as well as the less expensive stores, and a great Dept store, food hall, and multiplex cinema.
The Hotel rooms are large and comfortable, with kitchenettes, and dining and seating areas.
For the price, I don't know where you would get such a large, clean and luxurious room in the center of Bangkok.
The room service was incredibly fast, and the quality very good.
The service generally is extremely polite and helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip : I am often in Bkk just for a night and I choose this hotel because without leaving the premises and having to deal with Bkk traffic or the skytrain, I can get all my shopping done, from clothes to the best bookstore in town, have a great meal and watch a movie....and then just take an escalator to the lobby to get back into the hotel.
Its GREAT for a short trip or a transit!

Friendliness and efficiency of front door staff in calling taxis and ensuring driver had correct destination. Nice swimming pool. Comfortable roomes and low noise air conditioning. Less expensive lunch options. More attractive eveing dining facilities. Larger lounge with entertainment. We enjoyed our stay at the Emporium Suites. I would put more emphasis on a nice restaurant for evening. The cleanliness in our rooms was quite efficient but our kitchen bin was not always emptied and our fruit was not always replaced. Suggestiong for tours and trips would have been appreciated. This hotel seemed to cater more for business people.

No change to my first comments - simply great all round. This was my second stay and I will continue to come back. My first review still holds - great value for a first class accommodation and service.
The staff are just fantastic, courteous and helpful. The facilities are well appointed and even for a short stay provide everything you need. The location is great and very central.
The breakfasts are outstanding and provide for all tastes.

There is a nice kitchen in the room. And the vier from the room is also nice. Very close to the station. A little bit expensive compared to other hotels I reserve for my mother and sister. They are really happy to stay here. They can buy things and food at Emporium supermarket that locates next to Emporium Suits Hotel. And this hotel locates very near from the BTS station,too. So, it is really convenient very much. In the morning they could walk around the park that locates next to the Emporium Suits Hotel.

Professional staff, very attentive. Warm and sincere service. Very clean rooms, lovely pool. Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, from the moment we arrived to our departure, we had a lovely experience. We enjoyed the lovely gardens and foliage. The wonderful flower displays and the very helpful staff,where nothing was too much trouble. Staff attitude was always special towards us. Good air conditioning, wonderfully comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. We were lucky to have such a spectacular view. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed swimming in it every day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very good for link to BTS station, for access to all sights and connections we were interested in.
