We had a good stay at Evergreen. Great price for the service that we received, the quality of the hotel amenities and our spacious room. The breakfast option was quite limited but I think that was the only downfall.

I enjoy the hotel simple the best!, very big room, accommodating staff and it is very close to shopping malls, the staff are so fiendly and nice. Next to restaurants and massage parlors. We reallyenjoy our stay and we would like tocomebqck tothis hotel. I simply love it.

Stayed 2 nights,tried to extend my stay but hotel was fully booked due to good location next to sky train station,good value for money including very good breakfast,bedroom separate from lounge room very good size though a bit dated.Free WiFi.
