My Thai wife and I were visiting Bangkok for building materials for our house that is being built in Hua Hin. We booked for two nights. We booked a Superior Tower room and were disgusted when we found the state of the Superior room (which we paid extra for, over a Standard room). I awoke at 4 am to blood on pillow and found the bed full of bed bugs. We called the reception three times. They answered, but would not come to the room, so we bottled about ten bugs to show them. They would not refund our room, so we left at 5 am and returned to Hua Hin. This hotel should be removed from Agoda's list.

Our flight into Bangkok was delayed by over 5 hours and instead of arriving around 9.30pm we didn't get to the hotel until 3 am, but reception was very friendly and everything went without a hitch.
Nightlife Tip : Be careful of the taxi's offering a 20 baht ride to bars or clubs that then charge you to get in and it costs 150 to 200 baht to get back to the hotel

In general, I recommend this hotel, a good value for money.
Shopping Tip : Take your time and just walk a few blocks and you will find everything from technology products and different fashion merchandising.
It was fun indeed to go with my son.

I BUY SOMETHING IN THE DEPARTMENT STORE AND ASK THEM TO SEND TO MY HOTEL. WHEN THEY SEND TO MY HOTEL, THE STAFF SAID THAT CAN NOT ACCEPT MY GOODS WITHOUT ME THERE. THAT POLICY IS NOT GOOD, IN MY OPINION.

Overall the hotel is okay with friendly staff and good restaurants in the heart of the city. Except for the bugs in our Room no 425. Hope they do something about this.
Shopping Tip : It's close to the major shopping malls like Isetan, Zen and MBK. Also accessible by taxi, Bus and skytrain. Pratunum Market is close by for clothes shoppers.

I will recommend this hotel, you really get value for the money, plus very friendly staff.
Shopping Tip : We were very pleased with the location near Pantip Plaza and MBK.

Hotel is good for the price you pay. If you are looking for a cheap hotel then it is fine - except for the bed bug bites. This doesn't reflect cleanliness of hotel. Hotel was clean. I got no response from the hotel to my complaint of bed bugs.
Shopping Tip : Walking distance to IT and Fashion Malls. About a 20 minute walk to MBK but easier just to get into a metre taxi for around 50 baht. Cheap internet access across the road from hotel.

This is one of those hotels that I would rather spend as little time as possible in the room.
