Facilities
1) We stay at Room 161x and there is divider at the entrance and were not informed by the staff during checked-in, one of us falled down as didn't noticed the said divider. 2) The water at the "bath area" was not flown smoothly which resulting that the water retained there and become "flooded". It is very inconvenient for us.

everything was good except for their front desk who didnt look like they were willing to help. they only issue 1 room card that switches the room's electricity on/off. they refused to issue a second room card despite our request due to the bags of breastmilk that i stored in the refrigerator. when we asked if they can store it for us, the night shift receptionist rudely answered "no!" the cleaning lady in our premier room was pleasant and helpful, two thumbs up to her. love the room. location was very very convenient to food, atm, massage and shopping. breakfast buffet was acceptable.

Location - very convenient for shopping, however too far for BTS or any train system. Room 2106 - Nice interior and spacious room. Very comfortable in sleeping, perhaps was too tired for the day's activities. No Kettle - have to go out for hot water, it was too far for us because our room was at the end of the building. Breakfast - good choice , nice coffee, fruits availability Staff - From housekeeper, bellboy, breakfast attendant were all perform excellent service - they provide assistance quickly when we needed. BUT, for the front desk staff - when we checked-in they only gave us 1 card key, which was disappointing for us and inconvenient. When I saw other guests have at least 2 keys. Lastly, when we checked-out 6:00 am, we reminded the staff to call the taxi driver for airport transfer at 6:30 am but they didn't call. So, okay we had our breakfast first. at 6:30 am, the taxi driver had not yet arrive and we're so worried that we might be left.. so keep asking the front desk to call the taxi - the lady staff was arrogant keep telling us to wait for 5 minutes (6:40 am). They said it takes 1 hour travel time and our flight was 9:25 am. we were so worried. at last, the taxi driver who fetch us before arrived at 6:45 am. Due to this unexpected event, my friends left their one bag hand carry item, only realised when arrived at airport. We have to call back the Hotel to check if they have it, they answer the phone call at first but doesn't understand english and he hung up the phone. so we have to call again but no more answer. Last option, email the hotel - thankfully they have replied and said they have the items. We still have to follow up for the shipping arrangements of the items.

Good location
I've been staying at First House Hotel Bangkok the past few years and they've never failed to disappoint! Lovely rooms with a very convenient location - 5 minutes to Pratunam Market & Platinum Mall!
