Great views, large rooms, large bed and kitchen. Far from Bangkok city, in suburbia, no tourists. We would stay a night in Bangkok after a long journey from Sweden. Looking for a hotel near the airport. We thought this was closer. It took 15-20 minutes by taxi from the airport. There are shopping with including a McDonalds and other small shops. We were the only tourists in this hotel located in a suburb of Bangkok. The swimming pool was in such bad condition that we have not used it. Pool Bar and the like were closed. There were only staff at the reception. Breakfast buffet was very little choice.

Clean, air con worked fine, spacious. Not exactly in a scenic part of town. We were just staying one night while waiting to fly out the next day - which this apartment was fine for, taxi service was arranged easily and the 1 free transfer was appreciated. Rooms were clean, spacious, price was very reasonable. The pool looked nice, breakfast was good.

Large suite, helpful staff, decent restaurant - a good spot to stay for a quick layover in BKK. The biggest problem was negotiating a decent cab fare from the airport. The driver said he knew where it was, he didn't! I was somewhat impressed by this hotel/condo - it exceeded my expectations, I was just looking for something decent and cheap to spend the night during a layover. Floraville is a series of 3 high rise towers with a pool in the middle, which the restaurant overlooks. The studio suite I got was huge with a kitchen, balcony and the TV even had a karaoke machine! While the whole complex and the suite was dated and could use a renovation, I felt that I got good value for my $. It was clean. DO NOT book a cab inside the airport and be prepared to negotiate with the cabs outside the airport - I finally got a ride there for 300 baht, when I returned to the airport it only cost me 150! Also, make sure the driver understands the address - maybe Agoda should be able to print the confirmation with the address in Thai as well as English...so the cab driver will know where it is!
Hotel Feature Tip : The restaurant has excellent Pad Thai.

A marvelous free formed swimming pool
nice clean apartments with a great view.
Very nice staff.
Walking distance to all kinds of shops (i.e. big supermarket etc.
Some parts of the building are a little old-fashioned. I have been there several times and it is one of our favorite places in Bangkok, despite some shortenings. Although it is not super deluxe, it has its own charms and a great, quiet swimming pool. I was hesitated to write this review because I hate to see the place become popular.
Restaurant Tip : New stories. An open air alternative restaurant round swimming pool.

Not far from the airport. Not every room has a safe. The location of the apartments is very good not far from the airport. Driving distance around 12-15km, takes 20 minutes, and 150 baht and taxis are always next to hotel. Even, the Apartments are clean but not very well maintained. The swimming pool was very refreshing in the evening after a long day of sight seeing. I didn't eat at the hotel because of the hours of arrival and departure. The safe is not in ever room. I would probably stay here again because of location and cost.

Not quite what we expected, seems like its having a few teething problems adapting to hotel-like stays, but still enjoyable and very friendly staff.
Shopping Tip : Seacon Square is very close and has great shopping for the likes of quality Thai brand products.

Huge serviced apartment complex, nice outdoor pool, secluded quiet area, food and shops nearby, great TV and HiFi equipment, relatively close to Suv.airport. bit far from city centre, maintenance could be improved, no BTS station nearby Had a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, very spacious, great view from upper floor, good AC and bathrooms, kitchen poorly equipped if you would really want to cook yourself, reasonable price as not in prime location. Nice big outdoor pool. Overall ok, would stay here again. Convenient to airport.

Would not go back to Floraville. On way back I stayed in Abloom apartments closer into town. Really nice and cost a lot less. Value for money.
Travel tip : Did not stay long enough to even venture outside grounds.

Stayed two nights on different days, would probably stay again because of location and cost. Neighborhood has food vendors and shopping, easy to catch "songtaew."

Agoda should be compelled to list exact distances when quoting as an airport hotel - it was 15 kms at least by express way, in a residential neighbourhood. The taxi dispatch had not heard of it and sent me to a hotel in the CBD first. Poor quality facility, room was not well serviced (1/2 a bag of open coffee was sitting there waiting for me)- extremely disappointing

For 40-100 baht, you can get almost anywhere you need to go. The location of the apartments is very good. And, the apartments are clean and very wll maintained. // I was disappointed that the website says there is internet access in every room but does tell you it costs 300b/24hrs... that run continuously. This is a hotel rip-off scheem that many hotels use. There is a business center but the overall cost would be even more.
Hotel Feature Tip : The pools are great and you could literally never leave and have almost everything you need to relax.
