good location, good price for the room the only thing i didn't like both times i stayed in this hotel is that the curtains allow to pass the sunlight which is not good to wake up early especially during vacations it's my 2nd time staying in this hotel and i liked it because of the location that it is in a busy area but not loud in the night, the price of the room is really rood for what it offers, the staff is very polite and friendly. The room is being kept very clean and the hotel as well.

Location is great. The price is right. The amenities in the room are very limited and in poor quality. For You Residence is in the more quiet side of Silom rd. However, it is close enough to all the attractions and sky train station (Surasak BTS station) The compact size of the hotel makes it less crowded. The room decoration is rather old but still clean. Everything is usable except that some renovation will make it even more pleasant to stay.

I found the hotel is located strategically to everywhere. Very quiet although very close to the main street. It is very well maintained and clean too. The rate is reasonable. No facilities that currently considered as a basic needs such as iron. Staff cannot converse well in English. It is higly recommended to budget traveller. Very clean and near to shopping zone. Staff are very helpful and friendly. No problem with getting public transport of any kinds.
Restaurant Tip : Very very near to Muslim-food Restaurant which is very important to Muslim travellers as it is very hard to find HALAL food in the middle of Bangkok city.
