Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

This guesthouse is clean and comfortable. The rooms are very simple but nice. It's a few minutes walk from Kaoh San Road, so it's quiet. There's a nice looking rooftop bar but we never got to go because it closes earlier than they say. I think it is a little overpriced although it is a bit nicer than most places in the area.

decent location and friendly service

hotel is within a 10 min walk of khao san market. hotel itself is ok. trying too hard to be a boutique hotel. beds are extremely low off the ground and rooms are small. sign says to keep windows closed in the room bc of bugs yet window was wide open when i checked in. staff was great though and was able to keep my bags in storage during the day. cool rooftop bar

good location near to river and Kaosan road, but lots of steps to get to reception making it a struggle with large bags, hotel very depressing inside and no fridge in the room, ok for 1 night.

Ideal base to explore Bangkok!
Location, clean and quiet
7
We had a great nights sleep there after an exhausting plane route from Ireland. The bathroom was comfortable as was the comfy low to the ground bed. The bed linen was pristine and fresh. A minor drawback was that the bedroom space was a little limiting. Really we had no space to leave our items. All in all we would recommend the place to any traveller. There was a quaint coffee shop on the premises, a nice place to relax and unwind in!

Lovely hotel, clean & helpful staff
Great location in old yet central Bangkok
8.3
Rooms are small but comfortable and with charm. Wifi is limited to a 2 hour voucher after that must buy. It s on phra Sumen in banglaphoo , an easy to find and accessible main road near to all tourist attraction and fantastic food. There is a roof bar opens at 6pm. Make sure to have a walk on the clongs.

Room ain't big but it was quiet. Bed was big enough for the three of us (with a 3 yr old).
Hotel Feature Tip:

Interesting hotel!
Good location, quiet, comfortable

This was an unusual hotel, which was a pleasant change from the usual soul-less chain hotels. The rooms are done in a sort of rustic style and are a bit sparse but have most of the mod-cons you would expect. The service was helpful and they spoke perfect English. The rooms are reasonably quiet which is not easy given that it is in a very noisy area!
My only complaint was that the wi-fi was only free for two hours. Otherwise a lovely little hotel and good value for money.

Clean and great location
location, location, location...and friendly helpful staff
8.7
The staff were very helpful in directing us in the right direction - whether for how to get to Patpong or the easiest way to get to chinatown.
They have convenient safety deposit boxes, a great rooftop bar, and a nice chill hangout area with wi-fi and treats.

Amazing seaview bungalow, great chilled spot.
Peaceful and relaxed environment with great seaview from bed but a bit overpriced.

Loved it. Stayed for an extra 3 night (although did move out of the beach front bungalow to a cheaper room). Not much to do but relax.

Clean hotel close to Khao San Road
7.7
The room was clean and the location is close to Khao San Road. There were local people partying outside the hotel in a yard adjacent to my room which caused noise until around 4 in the morning. Also, you only get 2 hours of wifi per night, not unlimited free wifi.
