I liked the hotel, it was accesible for what I needed but I don't think I'd stay there again. The fact that the bathroom wasn't working properly and they said they fixed it and still didn't work doesn't look good for a hotel. The doorman was very polite and serviceable. The people at the front desk did ok but could learn a bit more English.
The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was ok.
There was no hot water in the shower, even after they 'fixed' it.
I couldn't print my next voucher. I had to go quite a distance to find a place to print if I wanted to stay an extra night.
Relax hotel and good breakfast

The hotel massage centre is very cheap and very good. The price for foot massage is only 290 baht per hour (full hour, with hand massage and shoulder massage); if two hours, just only 500 baht. The environment is very good and price is very attractive. The breakfast is good too. As it is 3 star hotel, there is a cook always ready to serve to you to make fried egg and the variety is enough. Walk 3 minutes, you can find local food shop like big white noodle with soup or chicken rice.
A bit far from Chong Nonsi Station, but there is free shuttle bus carrying you to the station ( you need to book before ahead, otherwise you need to wait), very convenient. Moreover, there is a bus No. 77 (17 baht) that you can take from Big C supermarket (opposite to cnetral world) or saladeng skytrain station to the road that nearby Forum Park Hotel.
Good massage service and very reasonable price, good breakfast, bedroom is neat.
Location a bit far from skytrain but there is free shuttle bus service.

It is a bit of a distance from the skytrain but the hotel does offer a service of a free shuttle to the skytrain or silom road. Overall the hotel is really good value for money!
Really good value for money, excellent swimming pool, very good breakfast, good gym, rooms are big and beds are comfortable.
It is a bit of a distance from the skytrain.
- Shopping Tip : Go to the nightmarket on Silom road!

All in all, it is a nice hotel, nice staff, good food and nice pool. I can recommend it.
The best feature is the friendlyness of the staff. Both the front desk as well as the restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are good although we missed the connection door so we could enter our kids room without having to enter the hallway.
Further more, we did enjoy the pool since we were absolutely the only ones.
It is a bit away from everything including the nightlife.
We had to walk quite a bit to find a nice night market to shop around.

I found being tucked away meant you needed a taxi meter to go anywhere but seeing as I travel by taxi in Bangkok it was not a problem.
Alright for the price

My experience with cab drivers near the hotel was ordinary. I need to tell them to use direct route. Otherwise, they use the longer route. On one occasion, I argued with the taxi driver (well, sort of, considering I don't speak Thai!). He insisted the direct route had a traffic jam but when I look, it was a clear road. He took me a longer route to gain extra bahts!
Also, most cab drivers do not know their way around back to the hotel and you have to pay for their mistakes! This occurred even after they phone the reception and this is not the hotel's fault.
- Shopping Tip : The Patpong night market is near. Also, once you get to the Chong Nonsi station by courtesy bus or taxi, it is convenient to travel from there. I tried walking to the station from the hotel, it is a bit far.
