Cheap hotel for traveler, near bus
6.7
If you are looking for good hotel with resonable price (quite cheap) which near
BRT (special bus), this hotel is a good choice. And also on the another side of the way to
the BRT. If you take a local bus (or walk if you want) you can see the local market which have many delicious street foods.

The room was very good and the services were also good.
Appreciate if they can provide the free internet service in the room and a kettle for making a cup of coffee in room.

we stayed at the forum park hotel for 2 weeks in june. it was great. this stay however was not, no bath plug, ice cold bath water (which i had to bath my baby in) ice ice ice cold breakfast (eggs, rice, noodles, sausage) we left it on the table and went out to find proper breakfast.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant food (Smirve I think is very good, and expensive) warning : wine by the glass is old and rotten so order a bottle.

Comfortable room good price, inconvinient location
big room and good pricing
7.7
Big room, nice pricing, but not nice surroundings, far from train stations. Surroundings are dirty, even massage places are far and few
Restaurant Tip:
The seafood restaurant across the street is nice...

Great Value
room size, cleanliness, lovely pool, great price
8
We have spent 8 days at the Forum Park Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand in October. It is a very basic hotel not a luxury hotel, but the rooms are a good size and a great price. We found the room to be very clean and very adequate. It is an old hotel that could use a facelift so don't even think of coming here if you are expecting luxury. If you are looking for a clean safe place to stay with a quiet pool and a decent restaurant then you will certainly find this hotel to be an excellent value. The staff is very courteous but there is a lack of English speakers on the staff so communication can be something of a problem requiring patience on your part.
We would certainly recommend this hotel. We would not have any hesitate to return here when we return to Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The pool in on the third floor and often empty just waiting for you to jump in.

Economical Option with Good Location
Price; proximity to Sathorn Road and Expressway
7.3
Chose this hotel primarily as its opposite my condo and is one of the few budget options in the area. It is old style but clean, recently renovated and spacious rooms. Has pool, gym and bar/restaurant on site.
Plumbing and hot water could be improved. Water was luke-warm for most of the stay.
Restaurant Tip:
Very good Isaan and Thai food at 'Somtam Maneeya' Restaurant within walking distance on Narithwas Road.

Good spot for shopping but quite old rooms
Good spot for going out any way in Bangkok
4.7
It is really good idea to stay in the middle of Bangkok. You can go out anywhere in Bangkok even in the day time and the night time. It's not too far for Sky train. Just walk out to the street and take the taxi or any public transportation to sky train. So you will enjoy life in Bangkok. By the way, this hotel is not provided television cable, internet wifi in the room or in the ground floor, and the very very and very expensive capuchinno coffee.

wonderful to stay but very far in the city
I'll enjoy the service of the staff as well as the clean swimming pool
7.3
Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. I never tried the food because I want to enjoy the street foods where Thailand known best. Swimming is clean and like to spend the night. The place is far from city still needs to pay for 150 bht - bht to reach the MBK or Pantip Plaza.
