The Four Wings Hotel is a lovely, small and personal hotel with very comfortable rooms, fabulous swimming pool, excellent breakfast buffet and pleasant staff. We are always very comfortable and pleased to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately it is a long walk to the nearest Sky Train station with two small children. The street you must take to the Sky Train is uneven and the sidewalk is often occupied with vendors, so you have to step into the road. It is something to consider when booking this hotel. You can always take taxis instead of the Sky Train to solve this problem. We have stayed in the Four Wings Hotel many times and always enjoy our stay. The rooms are always clean and well appointed, meaning the furnishings and materials are attractive and in good shape. The bathroom is very comfortable and attractive. Having two small children, we always enjoy the beautiful pool on the 5th floor. This past visit we used the pool a few hours after we had checked out, at the suggestion of the desk clerk. It was great to swim and shower before our trip home. The breakfast buffet is one of the best of any restaurant we've stayed at in Bangkok. The main drawback is the distance you have to walk to get to the nearest Sky Train station and the condition of the sidewalk getting there.
Restaurant Tip : I realized one can order an espresso with the breakfast buffet!

I felt like a 5 star place. I have stayed here a total month back in Jan/Feb. 09, and wanted to stay again. Staff is great, Breakfast is a awesome choice, everything and I mean everything. Room always clean, no complaints, very cool place, very upscale feeling. I will stay when back again. none really, laundry kinda expensive but otherwise I love this place. The Four Wing is not to far from anything. Awesome seafood behind it ask staff how to get there, free shuttle van for Lotus/ Carreafour shopping, and not really far walk to dinner clubs, and shopping centers. I have spent a month here and I ate at all 3 restuarants and bakery. Get breakfast with your room, it was a buffet really, made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, juice, actually to much choices, you eat then have to go back up for nap! lol, Really this is wonderful place spotless, friendly and beautiful, a winner no doubt.
Restaurant Tip : any restaurant in hotel was awesome, but try seafood behind hotel it was great, it has giant neon lobster, place is packed in eves, so try getting alittle early, make sure you take card with address as some taxi not know where its at, and its big, but whatever its just off main streets to be quiet and relaxing.

Great customer service. I needed to boxes to ship home. The hotel provided both as well as tape, scales, and help lifting to get things together. Very good breakfast buffet. Very weak air conditioner in rooms. It was adequate at night, but as soon as the sun came up, the room got hot, even with the air on "high". Internet costs were excessive. The hotel charged approx US$18 for 24 hrs. Good hotel overall. Room was fair-sized for the price and in good condition overall. In room safe was nice to have. Good customer service overall. Weak air conditioning and excessive Internet costs were drawbacks. Also, maids did not always replensh soap in the bathroom. They often had to be asked after the fact. Still, the hotel was good for the money and I would stay again. Include the breakfast buffet in the room cost--it is worth the cost.
Restaurant Tip : Good Korean restaurant next door.
