Overall, for a young family, Fraser Place Langsuan is terrific – notwithstanding its high price and poor food. BEST FEATURES: The staff are sensational; rooms are big and come complete with mod-cons like dvd, wireless access, full kitchen with laundry etc. Overall, the location is good. It’s about a ten minute walk to the Skytrain one direction and about the same distance in the other direction to Lumpini Park. Access to the Skytrain is however a bit of a pain (because Soi Langsuan is on a one-way road), so catching a taxi is never really an option. BIGGEST WEAKNESSES: (1) Price. Compared with the opposition it’s now overpriced. Natural Ville and the Somerset seem to represent better value. You have to pay extra for internet and for the extra bed for a child. (2) Food. The food is so average it’s bad. Breakfast is included in price but it’s almost worth going out for. Room service menu is big but ordinary.

Fraser Place Langsuan is terrific if you have a young family. The staff are sensational, rooms are bi,; full kitchen with laundry etc. Close to Lumpini Park.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : With young kids, Lumpini Park down the road is great fun. 10 minute walk from the hotel.

In general, if we would not be traveling on a low budget plan, this is a hotel we might use again. Also, the atmosphere is quite friendly and family based.
