Spacious room with nice living room area, nice gym with a great view of BKK city, close to Chit Lom (~10min walk to Central World), friendly staff The room smells a bit (maybe it's a smoking room) Very nice stay at this hotel. Good location, helpful staff, nice gym with a great view, and the room's decoration is very stylish as well.

great location, child friendly staff did not give a tour of the facilities ,specially activities for youg children the stay was pleasant as always, the only problem was the air port transfer!we were told that we were beeing dropped of at the gate of our departure check in area, but was brought to the car park and was made to walk in the heat by our driver because he told us he would go to jail if he was cought in the upper deck of the departure area.that was a very dissapointing experience since the concierge of fraser said that we will be using the hotel limo service, this was the down fall of the trip, but proir to this experience it was a wonderfull experience.
Restaurant Tip : great restaurant the calderrazo , and lenotre for thai fusion and authentic franch passtries. great thai massage in front of the hotel too , just forgot the name

No refill of shampoo. Generally, the hotel is quite nice. Very spacious and comfortable. My family members liked it very much.

Terrific staff & service; good amenities; good location Breakfast is so boring its awful; seems a bit expensive We keep going back to Fraser Place because it suits our needs with a young family. The staff and service are really terrific (especially Warin at the front desk). The hotel is in a nice location between Central shopping center and Lumpini park, although access to the hotel can at times be painful because Soi Langsuan is a one-way street.
Fraser Place seems a bit expensive compared to its competition but the room's features like dvd player, washing machine make it good to stay in with young kids.
The Fraser Place breakfast is the one thing I really wish they would improve. Everytime we go there it's the same ... terrible. The 'menu' is always peculiar (eg spaghetti bolognese, black bean chicken and green salad alongside hard bits of french toast, dry pancakes and fossilized bacon). Message to Fraser Place Management: get a hotel consultant to advise you on what people actually like to eat for breakfast (and then learn to cook it properly).

i used to stay here and know all the staff so its like a home away from home...the rooms are very modern and comfy and it has the most amazing pool at the top floor overlooking the entire city! the problem is the in house food is not good but other than that i love this place

A very nice 4-star hotel. Very friendly, pretty Staff. The washing machine/drier was very difficult to understand and operate. Surrounding location was dingy, but that's about 95% of Bangkok for ya. We made our reservation here through agoda thirty minutes prior to arriving. It was 9am and the room was not ready yet, but hotel staff were VERY friendly and allowed us to use the internet computer for free while we waited. Room was better than expected. Three LCD TV's and a DVD player. Bar and Kitchenette.

Clean. Nice design. Service at the reception is good. In the middle of a long small road with nothing around. after 8PM, everything is closed in the hotel. you have to pay for the internet wireless connection. Breakfast buffet close at 10h30, but at 10AM, there is no more plate, waffle, juices, pancake, etc... Even if bunch of new customer are getting in (around more than 20 persons). The hotel area is quite near the shopping mall and the BTS, as said in the website. But in reality, we needed to walk at least 10 min, in a street under renovation to reach the BTS and the main street.
Hotel offer a free shuttle with a 6 persons tuktuk, but you have to book 1 day in advance. The hotel tuktuk only drop you to the nearest shopping mall and BTS station.
The swimming pool is nice, but the water was so cold that it is impossible for a human being to swim. Maybe a penguin would like it better.
There is no entertainment in the hotel. The pool table is closed at 8PM. It is not recommanded for people who would like to have a drink to finish the night, as there is nothing.
For the breakfast, the choice is really poor. So, all the customers just rush to the egg station and pancake/waffle. Orange juice is not natural, but a kind of mix with water. We couldn't really know what it is, as it was our first time to try such weird orange juice. Breakfast buffet stops at 10h30AM, but at 10AM, the choice is so poor that even the Pancake/waffle station stopped to work. We needed to ask them twice to have any pancake.
Anyway, we enjoy the room with 2 bedrooms. it was clean and spacious. The personal is very nice and helpful.
Nightlife Tip : If you get bored at the hotel, take a taxi to the night market near the Lumpini park.

Fraser Place Langsuan is terrific if you have a young family. The staff are sensational, rooms are bi,; full kitchen with laundry etc. Close to Lumpini Park. Overpriced. Food is very average. Access to skytrain is a bit of a pain (because Soi Langsuan is on a one-way road). Overall, for a young family, Fraser Place Langsuan is terrific – notwithstanding its high price and poor food.
BEST FEATURES: The staff are sensational; rooms are big and come complete with mod-cons like dvd, wireless access, full kitchen with laundry etc.
Overall, the location is good. It’s about a ten minute walk to the Skytrain one direction and about the same distance in the other direction to Lumpini Park. Access to the Skytrain is however a bit of a pain (because Soi Langsuan is on a one-way road), so catching a taxi is never really an option.
BIGGEST WEAKNESSES: (1) Price. Compared with the opposition it’s now overpriced. Natural Ville and the Somerset seem to represent better value. You have to pay extra for internet and for the extra bed for a child. (2) Food. The food is so average it’s bad. Breakfast is included in price but it’s almost worth going out for. Room service menu is big but ordinary.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : With young kids, Lumpini Park down the road is great fun. 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Cheap design. Look like show room with cheap materials.
Long travel to BTS station.
One way traffic on Langsuan Road. Location: It's a long long walk from 2 BTS stations, no shuttle service available at night. Hotel internet is ridiculously expensive. No bath tub in 2 bedroom executive setting. Breakfast: cheap setting and not so much variety nor with quality.
Shopping Tip : Valley shop opposite of the road is convenient, worth shopping, if you are living in Asia as an expatriate.
Japanese Restaurant opposite on Langsuan Rd. is not worth while to visit for its name and popularity.

In general, if we would not be traveling on a low budget plan, this is a hotel we might use again. Also, the atmosphere is quite friendly and family based.
Shopping Tip : Very close to most shopping centres.
