Fraser Suites Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok

Very convenient location, quiet location, spacious suite, well stocked kitchen, washing machine is a real convenience. The cost is quite reasonable. the maintenance needs improving. The shower area drain was clogging after a shower and even after complaining to house keeping, there was no response. The service generally is quite good, no complaints, however, there is no internet access in the suites.

It was a new and nice experience of my stay with my family. Good location being situated in the heart of the city and convinient to move in all directions. Also all type of food available in and around the hotel.

I have stayed in Fraser suites Sukhumvit for 5 nights, 4 in a two bedroom connecting ‎‎(1807), and one night in one bedroom deluxe (908), I have chosen this hotel after two ‎months of researches trying to pick the best hotel, in terms of location, facilities & value ‎for money.‎ My short list at the latest stages was Fraser suites or President Solitaire or Swissotel Nai ‎Lert Park, unfortunately I have chosen the wrong one.‎ I have reached an agreement with the sales manager (Nontakan) prior reaching Bangkok ‎to change my two units of one bedroom deluxe to one unit of two bedroom connecting, ‎which was advised by him since me and my family (5 adults) will be connected in the ‎two bedroom connecting, please note that the price that I have paid for the two units was ‎much more than the price of the two bedroom connecting, he offered a compensation of a ‎dinner for the family for the difference in price.‎ ‎ Upon reaching the hotel after an exhausting trip, the reception did not have any ‎information on the agreement with the sales manager despite my confirmation with the ‎sales manager before check in by one day.‎ The reception which was wearing a tag (Trainee) was so under stress and was not able to ‎handle even a regular situation, his colleague in the reception intentionally did not offer ‎any help to solve the matter.‎ Finally the problem is solved and we checked our two bedroom connecting, very ‎convenient and elegant design, all the equipments, cutlery, cups, pots, pans, cattle, ‎washing machine......etc. are of a very good quality, taste and in a very good condition. ‎The room was very clean.‎ The breakfast is served in the Agua restaurant in the fifth floor, just beside the small pool, ‎the restaurant is well designed, having maximum 4 people working in it, the breakfast is ‎very poor and I cannot describe it by shameful breakfast, the staff who are serving the ‎breakfast are untrained and unhelpful, I have waited for the eggs to be ready for about 25 ‎minutes.
