1. Very very spacious and well-equipped two bedroom suite, at a very very reasonable price.
2. Very nice and stylish designed swimming pool.
3. It's complimentary to have four bottles of water everyday and along with 4 cans of soda being served in the fridge.
4. There's a five-star Thai restaurant right next store called Baan Khanitha and it's just within 1 minute walk (many Bangkok Guide books talk about this restaurant).
5. Very suitable for family travel.
No free broadband service, which many other hotels already offer; inconvenient location; unfriendly front desk staff; not too tasty breakfast, not too helpful security guards (won't help you with carrying shopping bags, baby stroller etc.)
1. Location is not too convenient. Especially you have to walk at least 10 to 15 mins., provided with a 20-step staircase flyover you have to walk across the street in order to get to the nearest BTS station (Sala Daeong). Imagine it's very difficult for people carrying a baby stroller.
2. One-off 3 in 1 coffee, tea bags and sugar condiments. When I ask for a refill, I was told that I would have to "pay" to get more...it's my first time to hear that. I asked the staff if they give the same amount for people who stay for one day or for one week? They don't quite understand what I meant. Finally, they sent up some refills, and told me next time I would have to pay!
3. The front desk staff kept pushing you to reserve their hotel contracted van to go to the airport on your check out date, the very first minute after you check in to their hotel. They will tell you it usually costs 1,800Baht for the ride but they will give you a discount for 1,600B if you can book now. Luckily, I did some research and finally booked a van from Siam Paragon Shopping Center Travel Service Counter. It cost me only 1,200B from hotel to airport.
In conclusion, it's worth your money to get to stay at a very decent big two bedroom suite, but you may want to consider whether you want to walk so long to the BTS station, and some other issues. Or you would rather stay at Chilom or Siam where it's within walking distance to go to all places, whtout riding up so many staircases (no elevator provided).

Large rooms, many with a view
Breakfast is pretty terrible
This hotel is good for the money per night. Other hotels around the same price are most likely not as centrally located and the rooms are not that large. We had a massive 2 bedroom apartment with a washing machine. It was great for 3-4 people at the price.
Nightlife Tip : Close to Silom Soi 4 and lots of bars and clubs, walking distance

It is in Sathorn and close to Silom and reasonably close to the sky train. There are good restaurants around, ie "Eat Me", "Vertigo", "Cyan" and taxis are always available. Pool is good, but getting worn.
The upkeep of the building is starting to diminish, like more Thai hotels. When they are new they are beautiful, but then as the months and years progress, they tend to get shabbier and shabbier. I am finding this the case with Fraser. I have stayed there more than 15 times. Probably wont go back. The breakfast is really terrible, coffee is bad and the selection never changes.
Fraser Suites is just not as good as it used to be. I have stayed there over 15 times, and come regularly about every 6-8 weeks, They dont even recognise me or say welcome back. The service on a whole has started to go downhill. In this econimic crisis, for 40$ more I suggest people stay at the Metroplitan, just two hotels away. Exceptional service and worth the extra money.

A really modern contempary hotel fantastic pool and great big beds and modern clean furniture
Breakfast was below standard for this hotel star rating stayed in 3 star and had a wider choice. Also it is very formal although the staff are friendly there are too many and it can feel a bit over powering when about 4 or 5 come to open the door to the restaurant and your the only one in there this hotel would suite business people as it is to formal for just relaxing after a day out in bangkok.
This hotel is modern contempary furnished to a very high standard the showers and bathrooms are also very modern and spotless flatscreen tv's in every room a modern kichen area with every apliance you need dinning table computer desk the pool area is fantastic double sun loungers.
Nightlife Tip : If you come out the hotel turn right walk for about 5 mins there is a great night bazar market and drink and food till midnight also 10 mins walk over the bridge past the hospital brings you to pat pong you can also get the skytrain here to many locations very handy in the rush hour traffic.

Huge space. 10 to 15 mins walk to Sala Deng BTS station. Nice swimming pool. Has a washer and dryer in the room.
Not much service. Lack of amenities.
The room size is pretty good. The rate is very cheap right now because of the situation in Bangkok. Definitely a good value for the money. Would be nice if they have a manual for the washer/dryer. No 24 hr. room service.

The free breakfast is so so
Fraser Suites is a good deal for the money, The front staff are not overly friendly or entirely pleasant. I had been there a few times before and they (the same people) don;t seem to recognise me as repeat customer. The parking lot attendant did and he was very helpful in getting me a cab. The room was clean, and it was good to have a washing machine. The views from the rooms are generally great and the pool is beautiful.
Restaurant Tip : The Bua restaurant is on Soi Convent and it has very good and very cheap Thai food.

- Good brand name
- Good interior, esp bathroom and lightings
- Free newspaper daily and breakfast
- Lifts were kind of confusing, didnt know which one goes to which floor
- Check in/out were slow
- Breakfast didnt have much choices
- Location not good, no BTS around, and taxi drivers didnt hear about this hotel before
All in all, good value and it's pretty new. Didnt try out the gym/swimming facilities. I would recommend this hotel if the price doesnt go up that much. Afterall, Frasers' products are great! The shuttle bus provided in the apartment is just for early morning or evening time for businessmen, not for tourist, so guys! beware of that..and even though u have a hotel name and address card in thai, the drivers just didnt know. So i told the cab driver it's next to sukuothai hotel, they will know where!

The Staff her were simply superb even down to the reception cleaners. Fantastic infinity pool.
Just two issues.... sofa too small to laze about on and steps to the swimming pool were a little dangerous.
The whole time that I spent at the Fraser Suites Sathorn was fantastic. The location was great 5 minutes walk and you are at Patpong and all the nightlife and market. The view from my 26th floor room was superb. Staff excellant and nothing was too much trouble for them and every one of them were so pleasant and made my stay so enjoyable. I will stay here every time that I return to Bangkok if its available.
Nightlife Tip : 5 minutes walk from Patpong.

Its cheap, clean and the rooms are big
I like staying here becasue the views from the hotel room are amazing. My room was on the 25th floor and I had an expansive view of the city and at night time, it is pretty spectacular. The hotel is in a great location for Patpong night life and night makert shoppping or the Suan Luam Night Bazar next to Lumpini park. It is also walking distance to the Banyan Tree where you can go to Vertigo for a drink with a great view.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to Health Land Massage on Sathron Soi 12 for an amazing massage in a clean atmosphere with truely professional staff.

Great room and all have a view. Super pool.
Sometimes the elevator wait is a little long
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Fraser Suites and it just a great hotel. This time there were four of us and we rented a two bedroom suite. It was huge with 2 balconies on the 28th floor with an amazing view. It was an incredible deal. The breakfast is always good and the service is friendly and efficient.
Travel tip : Close to Fitness First (Q House Lumpini) and Silom is an easy walk down SOi COnvent.

This was without doubt the best place I have ever stayed in Bangkok. Like being in your own apartment. Truly a wonderful time. The staff were excellant and always smiling and friendly.
The only two issues that I found with the Fraser Suites were that the Sofa was a little bit too small and I feell certain that the rooms would benefit from them having the L-shape type of thingd. Tha second issue that I had was the steps in the swimming pool were the same colour as the tiles on the bottom of the pool and I found out that I was constantley banging my foot. I feel that it would be better if they changed the colour on the swimming pool steps in order to avoid an acccident.
This Fraser suites Hotel is really like a home from home. I was truly delighted to stay there. You have an immense amount of privacy and the view over the city of Bangkok from the 26th floor was superb. When I return to Bangkok this will be without doubt my first choice place to stay. I can not recommend this place enough.

Just so fantastic you wont believe it... superb. I will not stay anywhere else when in The City of Angels.
Does desperatley need bigger and more comfortable sofas... You know the L-shape type of thing..... go and get em!!!!. Internet very expensive 200 Bht for 30 minutes.... Arrrghhhh!
When i arrived at Fraser Suites I thought that it would be just another high rise Hotel. How wrong I was. The room on the 26th floor was fantastic, except for the sofa as mentioned before it was not big enough or very comfortable. Washing machine in the room was a great extra... I like to be fresh and clean. Staff were also fantastic. One million percent I would stay there again. SUPERB!!!!!!!

Proximity to Silom/Sathorn venues and transport including the underground and the Sky Train.
The wireless rate for daily internet is expensive...
I stayed here a few times, and I have to say that for either a short or long stay, nothing beats Fraser Suites. This hotel is an oasis in Bangkok. The rooms are well appointed and they have a washing machine which is very convenient for short and longer stays. The front desk helped me send a package by Thai post and this saed me a bundle as it was 70% cheaper the DHL. It is also close to Health Land Spa on Sathron Soi 12. Health Land is a must for massage after a long flight.
Shopping Tip : The Patpong night market is a short walk as is SOi 4 for night life. The Tapas night club is always a great choise.

Hard to come up with a negative
I always stay here on business, but this time it was a romantic weekend in Bangkok. For money, this hotel is number 1. You have a real apartment with a separate bedroom. My partner was shocked at the expanse of the apartment and the huge bathroom with a shower and tub. The floors are wood in the living room dining room and spotless. They also have a desk and wireless is available.
Travel tip : Right next store is a small house with an amazing Thai restaurant.
