Very good hotel, clean and beautiful room with view and balcony. Also pool on top of building is fantastic, and the breakfast was all what you want. The hotel is in a nice area and walking distance to Lumpini PRk and train stations. Would recommend this hotel very strongly.

After reading the reviews from this hotel, i decided to book the renovated deluxe room. It was very good and up to our standard. We had our room on the 18th floor, high enough to have a great view. Pretty glass toilets (perfect for couples) and i love the rain shower head. Housekeeping guy is very friendly. The hotel has a good spread everyday. Location wise was great. 10mins walk to Chong Nonsi BTS (check the map from agoda. the hotel locations from google map is not accurate) and theres patpong night market just walk straight road towards east along Silom road (though i dont really recommend buying stuff from there).

Staff who make up the room alway ask if we need something bathroom door wasn't lock told her in the afternoon camelback from shopping the door already fix on the day go to the airport. Need taxi and staff help us call taxi for us
Shopping Tip:
Just walk out from hotel turn right about 5 minuts to silom shopping and BTS Sala Deng or get taxi outside hotel to MBK shopping or Siam only 5 minutes about 60 bath

the staff were very helpful....the door staff were helpfull getting a taxi whenever we wanted. We had a great driver when we needed a car. we got good tours and shopping suggestions from the staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Restaurant Tip:
there are so many great food options....I just love Thi food so anywhere we ate was good food

For me who stay in deluxe room,the room was good because it's a new room,and I like the breakfast because there are many variety and the taste is also good.But the hotel is a bit far from shopping centre and sky train.Near the hotel there's a gud place for massage.

Had an upgrade to a big deluxe room which was therefore excellent value for money with large bathroom, massive bed, good view, flatscreen and satellite tv, and most of all quiet. Good facilities, rapid lifts, carpeted corridors, excellent night's sleep with hotel responding very well to my request for a quiet room. Caters more for asian tourists. Good staff. The only downside was the awful restaurant with black ceiling and such poor lighting that breakfast was a grim experience and a depressing start to the day.

the hotel is relatively old, but it is in good location, 10 min walking distance to BTS station, the room is old and the bathroom is very small, facilities are old too. Breakfast buffet is good. Overall, a "good value for money" hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
the most popular nightlife places are within walking distance, and suprisingly, a dean & deluca store around the corner

As it was during our honeymoon we were given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room which made our day! Central location walking distance to canal rides, night markets and sky train. Tour desk was helpful. Included breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed our stay at furuma
Shopping Tip:
We booked tickets to the Thai cultural theatre show Siam nirimit which we absolutely loved. Well worth seeing!

lovely hotel and service with a smile

I like the service with their friendly smile,but the passage leading to the room is rather hot.
Travel tip:
I have lost a small about a thumb size jade like a lion image in the room I shall be appreciated if they have found it please return to it to me.
