Good Service Good Staff

Arrived a bit early but the staff very helpfull . They said we could check in 1hour .They upgraded our room i was very impressed .Big room close to the pool area . Breakfast well you could not complain .stayed many hotels .the staff allways have a smile and so help full . will be coming back here again .

the staff are friendly. the room is very spacious. the view in the room is nice. the location is good, near to patpong, surawong night life and shopping area. the price is not bad. the breakfast is rich and nice.
there is some strange smell in the room but can get used to it soon. the facilities, like security box is old and may be malfunction.

Great Location with Good Service

This was my first time to stay at Furama Silom Hotel Bangkok. I had a very good experience as it is centrally located and with good security.
The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The new room is modern and clean. All the staffs are lovely and excellent service provided.
However, the room we stayed first night was not that nice before they upgrade room. Curtain and carpet and toilet all looked not clean.
Shopping Tip:
All malls are near to the hotel, good location.

the hotel room is very big but a little bit old. it needs take around 10 minutes to bts station by walking. a few chinese restaurant there. the hotel breakfast is very good and include the room price.

Exceed my expectations

Very happy with my stay, good location. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. I went away for the weekend and checked out, but they held my luggage for 3 days no questions asked. They also held my laundry which was delivered to me prior to my arrival.
Shopping Tip:
Very good location, close to the BTS. Short taxi ride to the nightlife area of patpong. Not too many notable restaurants in the walking distance, but Silom road good location. A taxi to the 'hangover' hotel was only 10 minutes away. Also if you want to take the river boat, its only 3 stations or so away on the BTS at the Chong Nonsi station. I also stayed in the Sukhumvit area near Nana nightlife and this was such a welcome reprieve from all the chaos. Lumpini park is also a short distance away.

This trips I was very pleasant..because actually I bought superior room,but the reception upgrade my room become deluxe room which is more comfortable...with only very cheap price I can have such comfortable stayed..thank you...

Nearby have night market which you can have shopping with cheap price

great hotel in the heart of Silom

fantastic location in the heart of Silom, hotel should actually be five star as has all the amenities required. I do night out in Silom so location of the hotel is perfect, all tai drivers know it easily as it is a popular hotel, good cheap food nearby on Silom road same as the everynight shopping, will surely stay there again whenever in Bangkok

Bathroom is cool, room is bland, service is par

a free (refillable) drink awaited me on entry - which was great because we had walked from the nearest bts station to the hotel (with bags) in the sun - and was sweating profusely. so 500ml down the hatch, and i head up to my (upgraded) room. i was disappointed with the decoration - seemed rather boring/bland. but the bathroom was cool and the shower was the best of any on this whole vacation, so i'm overall happy.
the breakfast is full feature, another "best" of my whole vacation. make sure to ask for an omelet - these are on demand only.
service was half and half. in person they were great, but on the phone i got the run around - a bunch of "well look into it" where things never got looked into. after getting irate and demanding someone come to my room, problem was solved within minutes and to my satisfaction.

all in all we had a lovely time. the service was amazing, as was the food but i dont recommend the room service unless you want to break your bank!! far to expensive for very little choice. the best points of this hotel are the breakfast and the high speed elevator and the views from the roof top!!
