On the whole excellent. Only downside was the bathroom/shower. Obviously they were designed for Thai people as the bathroom was on the small side and shower was in a bath which was too short for average Westerner, with the shower be too low to be fully effective. However this did NOT detract from the pleasure of staying at Furama Silom.

Unexpected from the pic. Never want to go back
Lobby is nice and the pool in top floor can view a very good view. Welcome drink available

Unexpected from the picture in hotel adv. is a very big different to the real hotel. I think the management department should do something. 1) No air-con service from elevator to corridor is unbelievable. 2) Room standard was very old style. shower area was no door. No hair-dryer in the room. 3) Breakfast was included but very untidy, and not concern hygiene.4)Swimming pool in top floor but no towel supply.
