A really nice boutique hotel, no negatives at all.
Staff were probably the best i have experienced so far. Most definately will let my friends know about this place as they visit thailand often. The hotel is situated in the perfect location near the sky train and BTS.
I would have preffered a room with a view? and perhaps a better selection of tea's i live in china and have gotten very used to sipping on green tea, so thats the only thing i would have wanted available as part of the tea/coffee in room selection. All in all, a great little place to stay, very convenient and excellent service. I will probably stay here whenever i am in BK, i really did not feel the need to complain about anythin, in this day and age thats got to be a big win for Furamaxclusive!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Get a map and plan your sightseeing, its so easy to get distracted, so i will have to return to finish of what i missed out.

New and clean hotel at a convenience location, just 3 mins to MRT and 5 mins to BTS. The room are nice and clean. Lobby staffs have good English standard, good manner and very helpful Nothing bad. Maybe the breadfast can have more choice Not a big hotel. When I arrive hotel and find the entrance and lobby are small, I don't have high expectation on all. After check in, staff bring me to room give me a brief of all hotel facility and location, the feeling is good. Day by day, all staffs there were keep good attitude and manner. The room are keep high standard everyday. The staffs there are always keep smile and greet you. Final day, cause I will go to visit Chiang Mai before back to my country, I asking they help to arrange courier service to me. They are very helpful and assist me to find a cheapest price. Overall are very good and I will stay again when I next visit.

Location on a major street, close to Skytrain & MTR, easy for cabs to find. Popular area - Sukhumvit. lots of naughty and nice places close by. Breakfast included, makes things easy, start the day right. Hard floors so when people move their chairs in other rooms you can hear it. Curtains don't black out the room in the morning, but I'm a vampire too. Too hot to make use of the jacuzzi, view from roof and high floors are nice. gym is also pretty good. everyone was very friendly and professional. Travel tip : keep plenty of change avail for skytrain and mrt and take them since they are MUCH faster than taxi due to traffic.

Everything, service happy, helpful staff.
Clean quiet room, near everything, great food.
I stay in hotels 100 days a year all over the world.this was the best hotel experience i ever had.
Big hotels should come and see how hotels are suposed to be run. The staff was so polite all spoke english ,and they were happy to work and help.the rooms were nice, big ,quiet, clean.
The location is the best in bangkok.
Kitchen closes at 2 am i called at 2.15 and they were happy to oblige.
What can i say just a great place that is very well managed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : In bangkok never take a tuk tuk they will charge you to much, this hotel is a short walk 1 minute from the subway and the sky train, its easy and no trafic.the hotel is perfectly situated for nightlife ( single or not)bars restaurants shopping all within 5 minutes walk

good location, nice design, all brand new, i stayed only one night at the furama. the hotel was very well designed. the staffy was very friendly and attentive. the room was equiped with all ameneties which you would expect in a 5* hotel

The staff and whole set up was awesome........my room was big and clean with all modern mod coms. Finally, I stayed there for 3 nights and the bill was extremely cheap......loved everything,,even had the cleaning lady change my dressing on my hand. Couldn't find anything I disliked. Staff.....all were extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to help and ensure my stay was happy and without problems.
Restaurant........awesome food and service, I especially liked and menu and buffet service at lunch times.
Room.......was big, spacious and had a huge double bed. The TV had a DVD and sounz's hooked up to it. The bathroom area was large and clean.
General....the hotel was modern and clean. I was really surprised when I paid my bill as it was so cheap........I will definately make this hotel my favourite whenever I visit Bangkok again.
Nightlife Tip : This hotel is only 300 yds from Soy Coyboy........main bar area.

Very Friendly Staff
Deluxe Rooms This is one of the best hotels in Bangkok. I have stayed there many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are extremely helpful and never give you any hassles. The rooms are have a very modern decor and great beds. The breakfast is great and a great value. On the negative side the hotel does not have a proper pool and bar. All in all this is graet a place to stay and one of the things I look forward to when I visit BKK.
Hotel Feature Tip : On the top deck they have a bar service around 7 each night...it is always fun.

Great Location & a very nice Hotel My Hotel of choice in Bangkok with great Staff & good food. Location is fantastic with walking access to both the Skytrain & MRT.
Rooms are all modern & spacious with large LCD TV's & good comfortable Beds. The only issue is the noisy Air Conditioners. Bathrooms are very good with lots of amenities!

Excellent Staff, great service. Good Rooms Restaurant needs to learn how to cook foriegn foods. Good value. I will stay at Furama on all my future trips to Bangkok. The staff is outstanding. The service is the best. Everyone tries to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. They seem to be interested on knowing if you are happy or not, and fix your concerns. The Hotel is well furnished and decorated. You get good value for the cost.

Modern hotel/rooms, very nice staff (all speak good English too), top cook to order breakfast/buffet, great location and great price. On the whole, very little to crticise. You will be happy with this place if you go. No doubt. No pool, but 2 massive jacuzzi's. This place is very new looking, staff are very helpful. I stayed 5 nights on business. It is located basically across from the Grand Millenium which I have stayed at too (a top hotel), but Furma is great value. They even have a free happy hour up on the roof each day from 6-7pm. Grab a Chang beer and enjoy the view. Plus they have a massive gym and two of the biggest jacuzzi's I have ever seen.
Hotel Feature Tip : Asok (BTS Train) and Sukhumvit (MRT Train) are both like a 3 min walk from the hotel. Super convenient. Taxi's also easy to get at the hotel and cheaper if 2-3 people are going somewhere.

room is very nice i think this hotel is very good so it would be better if room fee is a little cheaper This hotel is very good so I used several times this year.Acutually,I know some cheaper hotels but chose this hotel.Because staff are very good so I always feel good.They smile at me when they see me and always take care of me.When I ask them about something,they answer kindly.
Location is also good because bts and mrt is near and there is my favorite restaulant near it so I often go there and relax.

Nice staff, good services, breakfast is good (given the price level). Room is big enough and comfortable + Free wifi Nothing. Of course you can say there is no much to shop around the hotel, but you know that already when you book the hotel. Given the cost, with their good services, nice room + free wifi and no too far away from BTS (7 min walk), recommended for those who are with a medium-budget.
