Great Stay
The Staff, including reception, wait, security and housekeeping. Location near Chong Nonsi BTS. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. I have always been impressed with the service, rooms, food and excellent location. On this trip I was using their laundry room. A housekeeping personnel offered to remove my clothes from the dryer and place them in my room. When I returned from site seeing, the clothes were in my room folded/hung. This is but one example of the extra steps the staff took to make my stay a great one.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel might be difficult to locate for some taxi drivers. It would be helpful to print a location map to have handy.

Great location but inadequate facilities

Staff is friendly and ready to serve.
However, when requesting for a map, could not provide one.
Does not live up to four star hotel as quoted in Agoda. Should be a three star instead.

Great location but small rooms
Near to the Sky Train station, just 5 mins walk

Our overall stay and experience in this hotel is good, but the room is a little bit old and not as what we have seen in the picture - we stayed in the Deluxe room, but the set up is pretty "standard". The breakfast is OK, nothing to shout about.

overall it is a clean and pleasant hotel.location is a big problem for taxi!but it is a stone throw away from BTS.provide a evening cocktail for guest in the lobby area but lack of ambience should look into it so that it is more interesting.

excellent breakfast and staff service. we were given the room next to the swimming pool which was good for us, easy access to the pool. Air con too cold, and the remote control is of no use, other than that, everything else is perfect.
