close to shopping, nice rooms the hotel was quite nice, it was positioned in a handy location, and they were very friendly to deal with.the bed was very firm, like most of te hotels weve stayed at in thailand.its in a good location, walking distance to major shopping centres.there is a tour organiser there too, which saves having tobook tours before leaving home, we found they were also much cheaper to book from the hotel than before leaving home.
Shopping Tip : very close to shopping centres

Staff are nice. Hotel is clean and good. To me, its a bit far away from BTS station. The staffs are nice and helpful. The hotel room is also very clean. The only things that not really good is the breakfast. Not many choices. But with the price i pay, i think it is still acceptable. The hotel is a bit far from BTS station. Overall i think this is a good choice of hotel with the price i paid.

Very Good,nice place for the price, clean, friendly staff, spacious room, close to sky train. BREAKFAST NEED TO HAVE MORE OPTIONS...CHOICES Well For the price this hotel truly supplies exceptional value. From the moment of arrival to leaving was well looked after with frienliness and great attention and service.The card/form choice at breakfast is a some what need to get more options in there !!!

Nice, big rooms. Free Internet. Location close to main avenue so taxis can avoid traffic. Just only one restaurant. No separate area for drinks. Soi 1 has nothing interesting...only a 5* hospital. Furama was a good value for money. I suppose hotels room were fine and hotel personel very kind. Just this nothing more, maybe the general feeling is a bit bad since bangkok is not a place i would like to visit again
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you have to visit Bangkok choose hotels to pratunam area.

Some of fitness equipment was not working
Steep steps from street level to lobby. Very reasonably priced hotel, particularly at present where the third night is free. The hotel is conveniently located beside Bumrungrad hospital and within an easy walk of Ploenchit sky train station. Soi 1 has a number of interesting small shops and convenience stores. The hotel facilitated an early check-in even though this had not been requested in advance. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a daily happy hour in the lobby bar of the hotel - free local beers, soft drinks and canapes from 18.00 - 19.00. Overall a very pleasant stay.
Travel tip : Option of walking through hospital area to get to Soi 3. Also ATMs located at hospital.

the staff was probably the most helpful and gracious staff of any hotel I have ever been in and I have been traveling the world for over 30 years My stay at the FuramaXclusive hotel in Sukhumvit, Banngkok was quite likely the most for my money that I have ever gotten anywhere in the world. People make good stays nice and the staff was great! They were willing to assist you in anyway that you needed assistance and always with a smile. The breakfast and the noon buffet was good if you like eating healthy and they also had some food for the calorie lover. The fruit was always very fresh and the food was prepared with excellence. The noon buffet offered very fresh green vegestables for the vegestable lover. I would almost travel to Bangkok just to be babied in this hotel. GREAT STAY!!!!

Close to most everything on Sukumvit. Clean and neat. The staff is wonderful. On the right dates a very good price can be had. I really can't find fault. If something is not quite right the staff immediately takes care of it. I have never been dis-satisfied at the hotel. I have stayed there many times and now the staff welcomes me home. Although I don't often arise in time for breakfast, when I do the food is always good, and they fix some things by the order. It is not all buffet. The room service is good, but I only eat the American type food. There are several types of food on the menu so it seems they know what their market is and service their clientele with what they want. Without doubt I will stay there each time I go to Bangkok, if I can get a room.
Hotel Feature Tip : The staff is the BEST, without doubt. Just ask and they will help with whatever, be it restaurants, shopping, or attractions.

Close to Market, Quite fantastic staff Well its close to skytrain making it very easy to go to all shopping destination, plus the big advantage is 5 mins away from nana night life so the place is very quite making it a perfect place to stay with familly, the hotel resturants have great deal of food.

Very nice customer service, polite warm and homely felling, very nice, clean to a high level. Nice range of meals. There was nothing that I really dislike at all. I really had a nice warming experience at the Furama Exclusive, Very polite and helpful staff very nice service. The rooms were very clean and at a high standard, only staying there for one day made me feel like staying there again once I return to Bangkok, if is located only a 10-15 mins walk for the heart of Bangkok and the sky train station. A nice place to stay for a couple or a small family would highly recommend to others.
Nightlife Tip : It is very close to the heart of the nightlife of the center near Nana sky train station. The place comes to life at night, it is also very busy in the day time as well, which makes a nice location just a few minutes walk for the center.

Lovely, quiet clean room. Tasteful decor with taupe and gold. I relaxed well here. I could swim every day in the small pool. The famous Bumrungrad International Hospital is across the street. Perfect for medical tourism. I enjoyed the local Thai neighbourhood as well. ie fruit stands, food vendors, beauty shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps if I paid full price I wouldn't have been so tickled. But I got a good rate through Agoda. I highly recommend you stay here. YOu can book a few nights - and see if you like it. I enjoyed the free breakfast - buffet with fruit, salad etc and the chef also cooks to order. It is located on a side street (Soi 1) off Sukhumvit. It is nice to explore Soi 1 and enjoy a treatment nails, hair, massage. The major street Sukhumvit is about a 5 minute walk and the skytrain runs along it as well. However, it is easy to spend time in your room - especially if you are engaged in medical tourism and need to recover. ( I had a broken foot) I felt really relaxed and very secure. The cleaning staff do an excellent job. And all the staff made my stay very comfortable.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel is across from a famous international hospital. It is what medical care could/should be like. I also liked the local Thai neighborhood. It was easy to get to other parts of Bangkok as well as the Skytrain is just 5 minutes away.

nice clean rooms with good amenities
During heavy rain, road floods outside. Not a big problem if you are wearing sandals. Business attire would be problematic. Great place, nice service, good breakfast. Good location, near ploen chit BTS station, about five minute walk.
Restaurant Tip : Good night food stands on Soi 3, five minute walk away.

Great location to Bumrungrad International Hospital. Food inside was not that great you can find better on the street. Room service charge is too high. Deluxe room is roomy and comfortable to be in. Blocks outside noise well, comes with video player and stereo system. which i found a nice addition. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and halls have inscence for fresh smell. Gave nice pleasant odor to the whole building. I will stay again when i next need to visit the hospital.
Restaurant Tip : Their are local food stands and restaurants all along the street that offer a good choice of fresh food at a reasonable price.

quality of the entire facility, service from all the staff, easy access to the hospital. needs a better swimming facility.. A very good experience highlighted by the exceptional staff at the Furama. We were treated well from one end of the Hotel to the other. We ended up extending our stay an additional week just because we felt at home.
Plenty of activities on the street and easy access to Nana, night market etc. We will certainly return.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : make sure you know what direction you intend to go and be careful about which side of Sukuvit you start out on...taxis can be forced to go the long way around.
