Poor management: though prebooked got room at 4:30pm.despite this one female on desk was rude and told me she was manager.i said even if you are the owner dare you to talk to me like that. Then finally she shut her big mouth.rest staff was friendly

Excellent.The hotel was previously the Ramada. It was and is a well situated hotel,with easy access to Bangkok and public transport.There is pleasant hotels and shopping and one can easily move around Bangkok.
