As a regular weekend resident of Bangkok, this hotel is every I look for. Good location, helpful staff, clean, nice Soi, modern. Good place for a few drinks before heading out also.

this hotel is located at a convenient location, near to restaurants and massage places. however, on one night the roof top bar was booked for a private event. it was noisy till 2am. luckily we started in the lower floors and we were not affected. we could hear the loud music in the lift at 3rd floor.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the main street area. The hotel is very modern and has all the facilities you would expect from a quality hotel. The beds were big, the rooms very good size with working desk and the staff did everything they could to help.
There was an event on in the pool area when I was there so at first they didn't allow me to use the gym, however after speaking with the manager, she happily arranged the staff to allow this.

This hotel was not worth $87 per night. There are better hotels around at this price. It would be ok if you get it at the low price when on special. When I first looked it was $70 per night but the next day when I went to book it it was $87.
The room needed a makeover the carpet was stained and the vinyl floor was lifting. The location and breakfast were great and the service was good.

our second stay in bangkok and we naturally chose the encore due to the closeness to nana skyrail and also to terminal 21. the rooms are well serviced and have all the facillities you would expect. the rooftop pool is on the small side but adequate for a dip. loved the view too.
would definatley stay here again and would highly reccommend

We are having a lovely time staying in this hotel. It's quite convinience to get to the sky train as there's a free bus coming to pick up the guest to the sky train regularly. Also its not far from central shopping area and its not hard to get taxi. Great service, staff is really helpful.

an excellent welcome after a long trip. the receptionist met my requirements of a room on a lower floor - do not like lifts.room, although a little small, was excellently designed with all the amenities you require when travelling, including hair dryer, mini bar/ fridge, excellent air conditioning, 'block out' curtains , comfortable bed, good lighting, powerful shower head,digital safe and good cupboard space.i would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and would return when next in bangkok

Terminal 21 - 10 minutes walk from hotel and by the Sky Train station - excellent shopping mall and a Thai food court offering excellent choice and value

This hotel is not worth the money unless you get it at a special low rate. I paid with breakfast inlcuded.The day before it was only. The room I had needed a makeover the carpet was stained the shower had mould and the vinyl flooring needs replacing. There are better hotels around.
