Great service
Service was very pleasant, not to mention very helpful and friendly.

toilets were stuck and we ended up flooding the toilet. we were lucky enough to be able to change to another room which thankfully did not negatively affect our judgment on the hotel. hence, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Gorgeous hotel

We stayed for four nights in a superior chill room. A lovely hotel, great decor, excellent bathrooms (particularly the rain shower!) and the staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool is amazing and a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The only negative is that we had an early checkout and needed a taxi to the airport. As everyone knows the taxi drivers hate putting on their meters and try and charge 500THB for an airport journey, which by the meter is only about 200THB. We asked the hotel for a taxi with meter, but when we got in and the driver took off without the meter on, we asked him to turn it on, but he refused. It was 5am and we had a plane to catch, so we managed to negotiate him down to 400THB. We would have got out if it wasn't for the circumstances, which they know of course. It's not really the hotels fault, but the use of some kind of reputable taxi company by a 4 star hotel is surely not too much to ask. We would definitely stay at the hotel again, but be more careful before jumping in a taxi!

Pretty nice hotel which is conveniently located to all shopping and activities within Bangkok. The breakfast was good - a wide variety of choices. Hotel is clean and staff is pleasant and accommodating to every need.

This hotel is clean and staff is helpful and attentive to guest needs. The buffet breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of tasteful food. Overall, a very affordable place to stay.

location was the best. close to everything and Asok station was about 5-10 minute walk! get the breakfast buffet.. definitely worth it! also the rooftop lounge is great.. but quite pricey
Nightlife Tip:
do not get a massage in your hotel room just go to a spa (i recommend hansar- they will say lavadee but they were too rough and it wasn't a pleasant thai massage at all.. always book on a sunday.. but the other days seemed to be okay for walk in.

great location. real close to asok train station. if you plan on having laundry done, don't do it at the hotel because they charge per piece. Cositalia has laundry service for kilo and they weigh it in front of you which is great and it can be done in 3 hours!
Shopping Tip:
platinum is awesome but they dont let you try on any of their clothes which is a bummer

I have stayed at the Ramada Encore Bangkok twice in the last six months and I will stay here again. I stay here because you can not ask for anything more. Close to two MRT stations...spacious room and great service. There is no way you can find a better hotel for the same price in the area.

Great hotel, but very expensive minibar

Great stay in Bangkok. It was near everything. But the price for food at the resturant and the minibar was extreme. A bottle of evian water was priced 140 bath. Totally rifoff even for a minibar.

very nice shower, good tea and coffee making, nice beds.

Rooms small, staff do not smile, corridors very dark, breakfast was nice, but they do not keep the things tops up very well, and also ran out of thing's, would be wary of leaving it until 11.00. Soi 10 is very narrow and you take your life in your hands every time you walk down it .
