Great stay at choice location
The room was big and clean; the hotel was centrally-located (a few minutes' walk from the BTS) and the staff were efficient and friendly.

What made Glow Trinity extra special was that after checking out at 11am, we could still use the spa to have a bath after collecting our luggage in the evening. That was really good, especially after spending the whole afternoon walking around Chatuchak Market.
On the last night of our stay, the aircon wasn't working well. We called the reception and in just a few minutes, someone from maintenance came up to check. He then contacted someone else from the engineering department and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. We also asked to borrow an adaptor and our request was attended to promptly.

We stayed at this hotel on 2 seperate occasions and found it brilliant. All the staff were very friendly and our room was large and comfortable. We choose to eat dinner at the Foodie restaurant in the lobby whilst we were there and were very disappointed, give that bit a miss. rest of the the hotel is superb.
