The best value-for-money, beyond my expectation.
Location, facility, staff attitude.
8.7
Really at home, well-cared but privacy respected, some mistakes in minibar check but I appreciated receptionist's trust in guests' declaration.

Great place nice rooms clean and new hotel.
Great hotel restaurant great breakfast love the pool.
9.7
Great staff friendly helpful hotel bit out of way but they have hotel Tok Tok that drops you out at main road which is short walk to train station which takes you everywhere.
Travel tip:
Great hotel felt safe in area loved our stay loved washing machine in room and try there restaurant great food and cheap.
Also down from the hotel towards main road you will see it on left hand side green garden restaurant try the steamed fish best I've had and inexpensive for food and drinks. If in Bangkok for weekend catch train to Chuck'a chuck market great biggest market I've been to had a ball love Bangkok.

Excellent small hotel and good, quiet location.
Roof top pool, comfortable, clean rooms
7.3
We had a connecting room for our two children (aged 27 and 29 !), which worked very well. We all enjoyed the pool. Good location for shops but hard slog in traffic across town to the old city and ko Sam road. Staff were very polite and helpful, we had the use of the reception lounge to wait in before leaving for the airport which made the wait much more comfortable.
Travel tip:
Don't stay here if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing on the other side of town. Do stay here if you want somewhere quiet and relaxing.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
it's located far away from the main street and very quite
8.3
Great value for money. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfy. Lots of good massage salon nearby.
The hotel tuktuk does not run from Asok station often but a moped ride cost only 20 bhat per person or 40 by tuktuk. So no complaints

Great Hotel. Helpfull staff, excellent location.
Quiet, central and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
10
Close to transport. Free Tuktuk to main road is handy. Excellent breakfast, good tour desk and pool never crowded. Staff were excellent. One small negative is the wifi in the room could be better. We used Viber and it kept on dropping out, BUT, if you used wifi near the pool/reception or breakfast reception is excellent.

lovely hotel
Cleanliness and friendly staff, tut tut service.
7.3
It would be great if Tut-tut service can be provided both ways as it is quite a distance from the BTS to the hotel.
The design of the toilet is not very good, the water collects at both sides of the bathtub and water flows out onto the toilet floor.
For the other room with the bathroom, the floor is not sloped and water does not flow into the hole .
