Great location but old-looking facilities

Room came with a living area which is good for family but the facilities look very old, from the toilet to the bed, wall and overall outlook. Bed is hard and not comfortable. Toilet is rather small but comes with bath tub and shower curtain. Shower jet is comfortable strong. No wifi, must pay which is the disadvantage. Breakfast has good spread but is average. Below the hotel, there's shopping but is pathetic. Should walk next door to Platinum mall or the Pratunam market opposite. Will not consider staying there again if not for the price and space. Prefer a new and modern looking hotel. Staff can speak English but limited. Their service is also average.

great location with spacious rooms

the hotel staffs were very accommodating, very friendly, very polite and always ready to assist with a smile. the location of the hotel is near shopping malls, market and supermarket. the rooms are spacious and clean. the facilities of the hotel are good. my wife and i appreciated the fact that there is a free wifi internet connection. although the lobby is small.

we stayed for 4d3n and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. the hotel was located next to the wonderful platinum shopping mall and we managed to save on taxi fare (going to and fro the hotel)
the breakfast has a wide spread and there is a small swimming pool too. rooms were slightly small but cosy and clean. they were made up nicely every morning by the staff.
Restaurant Tip:
Go for Fuji Japanese Restaurant on the 5th Floor of Platinum Shopping Mall. Good Food Good Prices!

The greatest plus point about this hotel is the the halal menu for room service. Something that i didn't expect.

Room was clean and comfortable. Customer service abit disappointing. Wifi should be free. Location is good, but quite far from bts station. Overall ok. Don't mind staying there again.
Restaurant Tip:
Should try the street food outside of the hotel. Some are halal. Look for the halal sign. And the ice milk tea is superb!

lage clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. right next to platinum mall which is very good for cheap shopping. there is a spa place within the hotel charging very reasonable prices for massages and adaptors for chargers are already placed in hotel rooms without any deposit required.
Travel tip:
about 40singapore dollars for addtional bed. good variety of food at level 6 of platinum mall just beside the hotel.

Very comfortable stay. The gym and spa and massage parlor add to the relaxation. Nice view, right in the heart of the city. Staff is very courteous. Very few hotels have two rooms, and a handy kitchen with a microwave! The two rooms make it easy to entertain guests for business or personal purposes. Lots to do :)
