Lovely Hotel located in shopping paradise

Grand diamond suites hotel is always the no.1 choice when i travel to Bangkok,i love the location as it's so convenient,
and friendly staffs that always willing to help. But i think there's still rooms for improvement for the cleanliness.

Great Location and staffs are friendly
Free uasage of gym, jacuzzi, steam and sauna service. After a long day of shopping, it is great that it provide such a wonderful service where one can relax and regain their energy.

i love this hotel! not only it is convenient for people who are doing a lot of shopping but also the room which was given to me consist of a hall with sofa, dining table & tv and a bedroom with tv too. as for the toilet, one can choose between either the bathtub or the shower. there are also a number of shops in the hotel itself.

this hotel was advertised as a 'boutique' hotel which it did deliver in it's modern styling and glamorous design, even incorporating a few levels of shopping mall on lobby floor. when first arriving at the hotel, a doorsman opened our taxi door for us and welcomed us personally. staff carried bags to our room for us which was a nice touch. the apartment itself contained a number of rooms, quite generous as it was a hotel room. tv was a large wide screen with a few english speaking channels, quite handy after a long, tiring day exploring bangkok. the international buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a selection from chinese yum cha foods to western-cooked eggs.
i recommend this hotel if you are after a modern hotel, central to the city. (about 10minutes walk from siam centre)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is so much shopping in Bangkok! Bargains galore. Make sure you haggle when there is no price tag on something. Can even knock off the price to half and increase from there. Remember, a smile goes a long way :)

Nice hotel with completed of bathroom amenities

Happy to stay at this Hotel,how ever at the lobby too crowded with the shopper,but the staff very helpful .
Shopping Tip:
Prefer to do shopping in front of Hotel ,the garmen market very interested and so many choice of cloth we need also the price is good

centrally located hotel next door to all the major shopping malls, within walking distance to both designer boutiques and market stalls. we were able to visit all the major sightseeing attractions that we were interested in, which was easily arranged by the tour agency located within the lobby of the hotel.the hotel room was adequately furnished. the buffet breakfast is the best we've ever had.

The hotel is in a great location, just next to the popular Platinum mall and within walking distance to the other malls (Pantip Plaza etc) as well as market stalls and wholesale shopping areas.
Room-wise, the lightings in the rooms are alittle dim and take note that there is no free wifi (which other hotels in bkk usually offer for free). Room service food is 24 hours and portions are big and prices are reasonable.

The location is fantastic with good service as it is surrounded with several wholesale fashion centres, massage centres and lots of good eateries. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel except that wi-fi is not free and the rooms are not brightly lit. The hotel breakfast spread is good.
