Great location with spacious room
Reasonable prices for a 4star hotel with very great location

grand diamond hotel is near the most busiest shooping malls. with a 5 mins walking distance to pratumun market and food centre. the room service is fast and efficent. the hotel staffs are all well trained, friendly and helpful. the hotel rooms amd bath tubs are well kept clean and tidy.

Dirty and dilapidated hotel with horrible service

Dirty, hard bed, noisy, run-down. Overall a lousy experience! Service staff were so rude and impatient, not helpful at all. Plus point was that it was right next to Platinum mall, so it is very convenient for hardcore Platinum mall shoppers.

direct link to platinum fashion mall and pratunam wholesale market. there's a new wholesale market opposite as well, called shibuya 19.
only cons is that we got the same breakfast everyday. would be good if they can change the menu on alternate days.
also, the reception not very friendly upon check-in.

the hotel room is nicely upgraded & location is great with platinum wholesale centre just a stone away. the breakfast spread is also awesome with overwhelming choices of spread.

Just next to platinum mall.

Great location if you're into Thai street vendors.
Near to street vendors galore, fashion and IT malls

Like the street activities, local food nearby, fashion and IT buy. But the hotel itself is looking old and dated especially the rooms and corridor areas. Rooms are a little dim and smells musky. Staff are less smiley and quite a matter-of-fact, stressed by the high traffic?
