this is my go-to place when in bangkok on business. rooms are spacious and comfortable. the daily buffet breakfast is also very convenient. buffet could be improved though by adding a little more variety on a daily basis. on my 5th night i'm usually tired of the selection. the front desk has always been very helpful. the location is great as it is in the middle of everything and you can walk almost everywhere. cabs are also very easy to hail from outside the hotel.

this hotel is in a great location but it is over priced. there are much better choices that are very modern within 500 meters of this hotel.
they need to drop prices by 50% to achieve value for money.

room is a bit small compared to the one on the sides is bigger. maybe the hotel can improve the quality of the breakfast and prepare more variety of dishes. but overall quite an enojoyable stay because it is very convenient to platinum mall.

the hotel is in the center of bangkok and it is convenient for cheap shopping at the markets around. it is in walking distance to the major shopping centers. of course the streets surrounding are crouded, noisy and hard to move around some time. the rooms are adequate but, the breakfast is of low quality ingredients. expensive internet usage.

Hotel is a minute walk to platimum and 5-10 minutes walk to central world. Housekeeping is good, room looks abit old but cosy. Hotel charged us a 60 Baht for a mineral water we din't consume at all. Dint try the hotel food so I gave a "1".

have stayed in the hotel many times rooms are very good with on suite living room and kitchen.
staff always willing to assist where necessary. the hotel is right next door to the pantip plaza and diamond shopping mall.
