The one bedroom suit was just nice and comfortable for two people. The food in hotel is great and its location is very convenient- one min walk to platinum mall.the ploy restaurant food was great with its thai and western fusion menu, there is a chinese restaurant if u enjoy chinese dim sum and specialties. staff and concierge friendly and very helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Do try the dim sum buffet for 520baht per person in the afternoon at the chinese restaurant!

Fantastic location, located between Platinum Fashion Mall and Pantip Plaza. Starbucks located in the lobby, for all who need their Starbucks fix.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and most importantly, the location is great.
Makes for a really convenient place to stay when you're lazy - just pop into Platinum Fashion that is just next door - food and shopping all in one place. Extremely convenient on rainy days!

excellent location, right next to platinum mall so u can go drop off your shopping halfway thru instead of
lugging it throughout the day. breakfast was decent, rooms were clean. great for shopperholics. a little more expensive than the surrounding hotels but well worth the price.

The hotel is very spacious, comes with a living room and a kitchen cum dining area. Toliet is very big with a bath tub and a standing area for bathing. Room is very comfortable. Overall we are very satisfied with the stay and will definitely stay again.
Shopping Tip:
Platinum fashion mall is just beside the hotel. You can shop there whole day! very convinent!

the hotel is clean, well-furbished, and has excellent customer service. the staff were polite, english-speaking, and extremely efficient. the room service crew were quick and tidy, and the hotel rooms were large and comfortable. the hotel is also located in an excellent area that allows one to shop easily, as it is near the central shopping districts.

Excellent hotel with great location
Spacious hotel rooms like service apartments at very good prices

for the price i paid for the rooms, they were much bigger than the other hotels i stayed in around the area. it looked more like a service apartment with a cooking sink and stove, a living room area and a dining table. the only drawback is that the internet is not free and it is not cheap. the hotel has a food court which makes it convenient, but it closes at 7pm which i find a bit early, considering the steets are still bustling with activity at that time. the 1 - 4 floors have a number of shops but not much to offer, considering the hotel is next to platinum mall which is the fashion shopping mall of bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
From the hotel you can walk to Platinum Mall (for fashion), Pandip Plaza (for electronics), Pratunum market (fashion), and Pratunum Mall (for fashion, but it is not renamed as Paladium Mall). Also there are a few restaurants nearby that open late so food is not a problem.
