Very near to Platinum shopping. Nice & Spacious room. Need some cleaning on the carpet in certain rooms. Good Massage service in the hotel. Efficient House-keeping service but only thing is the late check out is too expensive

Location is great! Directly beside Platinum mall.. Hotel staffs are friendly but seriously, the place don't look like a 4 stars hotel especially the counter desk and lobby area. International buffet breakfast is great and their 24 hour room service is awesome! Only downside is that there are no free wifi and the room is pretty dark. Also, toiletries were only given a set, bedroom slippers not provided with new ones everyday. Also, please get a non-smoking level if you are a non-smoker!!!
Shopping Tip:
Can skip MBK etc as Platinum mall have everything! The only thing is that they sell wholesale stuffs at a lower price so go with more friends!
WARNING: Keep your valuables safe and deep in your pockets or bags! Lots of pick pockets around!!!!..

good location, affordable hotel
it is near all the wonderful shopping area. food is easily available along the roadside, really tasty.

i chose this hotel again because they provide good and more local breakfast, rather than so american type. it is really suitable to bring kids along too as they have tasty porridge, bread or noodle. the room is spacious, clean though it is an old hotel. the service is great. the staff is friendly and always ready to help.
Shopping Tip:
don't be shy...always go to the information counter of every shopping centre and ask for tourists' discount card. some shops like some in Siam Discovery will do tax refund for you.

the hotel is clean, well-furbished, and has excellent customer service. the staff were polite, english-speaking, and extremely efficient. the room service crew were quick and tidy, and the hotel rooms were large and comfortable. the hotel is also located in an excellent area that allows one to shop easily, as it is near the central shopping districts.

we stayed for around 6 days, the hotel was great and a fantastic location, near by the electronic mall and patunam market which you can find a lot of varieties.
the location is also middle of the city so you can go anywhere with a short time using the train, tuk tuk or taxi.
the rooms also was big enoght.

This is my first time staying at this hotel from 29 Jul - 31 Jul (2 night Stays). Hotel is conveniently located just beside the platinum mall and pantip plaza. Opps the hotel is the pratum wholesale market. Don't expect much of the room as it is smaller than you think a suite will be and the bed is too hard and is not comfortable. Breakfast spread is not really fanastic although they cater from halal to non halal food, Chinese to Western to Japanese food. So for those who is not particular about the room and breakfast. then this place is good since the location is really convenience with food court right in the same hotel and shopping mall within distant.
Shopping Tip:
Opps the Hotel is the Pratum Market with lots of clothing at wholesales price. Beside the hotel is the Platinum Mall where you can get shoes and bags and plenty of clothing. Pantip Mall is where you get all the IT stuff and lastly walk down to Central for all the high end shipping and Big C for your local gocceries.

grand diamond suites is good for the price you pay. close to shops and cinema and river. rooms are ok and are kept clean. a little outdated but still a pleasant stay. breakfast is ok .good buffet breakfast. little bit crowded at times but over all ok.
