Great Hotel and Value for Money

The hotel is clean, well-furbished, and has excellent customer service. The staff were polite, english-speaking, and extremely efficient. The room service crew were quick and tidy, and the hotel rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel is also located in an excellent area that allows one to shop easily, as it is near the central shopping districts.

stayed for 4 nights , very nice rooms in heart of shopping area. had stayed with child and bed was big. also living area provided was nicely done and room service was pretty good. shooping area in walking distance made life easy. breakfast spread was good but could have been excellent with changes on menu
Shopping Tip:
Next heart to IT mall and strret shopping. MBK mall aroudn 10 minutes drives.

i am often come to Grand diamond hotel for business. I love the location because very close with the Platinum Mal. i Love the room but the equipment and the hotel sometimes is not worked. and the price about the hotel is so affordable. But i wish Grand Diamond can give me some compliment or discount because i come to Thailand every 3-6 months. keep increase the service . Best luck for the Grand Diamond hotel :)
Shopping Tip:
If you stay at Grand Diamond you just need 3 minutes to go to Platinum mal the best place for shopping in Thailand

Good location but room is a bit run down. The room which i stay for the first night at 12.30am, the aircon suddenly stopped. The hotel is kind enough to change me a new room but smaller.
Overall it is good location to stay with.

Great location with shoppingeverywhere. BTS abt 10-15mins walk in rough pathways.

I was there for shopping and eating and this area suits me well. There's a nice beef noodle stall up on the 6th flr food court. Went for daily massage at Number One which is opposite the hotel. About 5 mins walk and it costs only 200bahts for 1hr.
Travel tip:
Have massage or foot reflexology daily. Many around and I believe they are all quite good.

nice sleep after a tiring day shopping, a bit expensive on the room rate. lift takes too long on a peak day, breakfast food not impressive, lift with card security makes me feel save, walking distance to all major shopping mall excellent.
if room rates were cheaper i will 100% visit the hotel again.
