Great locations for ladies shoppers

Service so so... We ask for twin rooms but not available until late afternoon. So we decided to take king room n ask for extra blanket but staff said they don't provide extra blanket! The room was good size. A bit old but clean... Good value for money

There is a massage place on d 9th floor after a tiring day!

Highly accessible to the platinum mall. Also located opposite are the various wholesale shops. Plenty of food around and hotel staff are friendly. Hotel room spacious and clean. There was a good array of tv channels to choose from. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel again in my next visit!

Best location for shopping and dining
we love the big space of the room and the breakfast, plus the location is super great!

we love our stay at grand diamond, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and the room space is big. the money we paid for is all worth it. we will definetely stay again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

very good service, centrally located, good size room, staff are friendly, air condition was noisy, water drainage was not good,hot water took long time to come.travel operators in the hotel is not honest worry about commission

we were impress of this hotel as complete with kitchen set, two televisions and bathroom with two showers. the room is big and clean. the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. platinum mall just right next door, you can shop till drop. the wholesale shops just opposite the hotel. five minutes walk to pantip plaza(it stuff) and ten minutes walk to ratchthewi sky station.

very near to platinum shopping. nice & spacious room. need some cleaning on the carpet in certain rooms. good massage service in the hotel. efficient house-keeping service but only thing is the late check out is too expensive

It shopping in Bangkok near grand diamond hotel excellent but staff speak limited English so make sure yOu know what you are looking for and technical details of product

Good facilites and a great welcome

good check-in and helpful staff. staying for only one night was given a middle but good size suite rather than a corner, less view and a little dark.very comfortable and large bed. good breakfast and very good value. little information in the room about the area or transport. good local shopping. reasonable walk to the bts station and also possible form the airport link if not too much luggage.
