Great Location
near Platinum mall, clean, spacious

my choice of hotel every time i travel to bangkok. great location as platinum mall is just located beside it. furthermore, the hotel recently opened their own 4 storeys mall. the rooms are clean and spacious, a nice place to relax after a day of shopping.

The hotel is located near wholesale market and shops with platinum mall and IT mall next door. Comfortable hotel reasonably priced. Service quite good. Room service food is also tasty.

the stay at grand diamond is pleasant. i suppose they just did some renovations. thus, its pretty new. there's also a mall at the hotel lobby and basement. the plus point for this hotel is the strategic location. if you love to shop at platinum mall, the hotel is just beside it!! the only bad point is, you have walk quite a fair bit to the nearest bts station.. its pretty tiring because of the hot and humid weather. overall, its a hotel that fulfill my needs. will definitely stay there again!

im happy with the hotel , great location and grand diamond hotel is in the town center seround with many shopping area. local food streets at night . very easy to walk around ..15 mins walk to Isetan , centre world and siam plaza

short stay so it was not too bad. Hotel wasnt what i thought it would be. It was very different to the hotels i usually stay in so was taken back when i walked in to the lobby which was a part of a shopping centre.
Location was great for shopping but that was it. It was fast and loud.

This is my 4th time staying in grand diamond. Lovely place with very friendly staff. Love the current new shopping area and Starbucks that's newly set up. Much improvement have been done to the hotel. But the rooms can use some improvement to it as well.

the hotel room was spacious, and the staff were friendly. the second time i am staying in the hotel and i highly recommend it to my friends as it is near to all the wholesale markets but there are certain stuff which you can get cheaper from chatuchak during the weekends.
the only thing is you need to walk about 15 mins to the bts station and it can be quite tiring for senior citizens or young children.
Shopping Tip:
You need to purchase 3 items and above before the wholesale mkt will charge you a lower cost.
