We had a 3 day shopping stop in Bangkok and found this hotel to be central to many shopping centers. Staff we very busy but handled everything efficiently. No complaints

generally speaking ,it is a good hotel. good location, walking to siam only 10-15 min. we took the one bedroom suites. facolities in the room are old. but were ok to use. ac is noisey. breakfast was good, lots of food to choose.overall. recommended!

Great location but needs a lift
I loved the positioning of the Grand Diamon as it is right next door to Platinum shopping centre and walking distance to the Central world Shopping centre and MBK and Siam Square. It also has friendly service and the rooms are spacious and the facilities are good.

I have stayed here a few times now. Great position. Facilities in room and the size of the rooms are great. Could just do with some new carpet to give the rooms and corridors a little bit of a lift.

Best buffet dinner- Grand Hyatt. Also walking distance from the Grand Diamond

Best location ... Big rooms!
The room was big and clean and the best thing is that it was next to Platinum Shopping centre!

I went with 2 other girlfriends. Was told by the website that it was near a BTS station. It was not! Had to walk quite a distance. Luckily, the hotel was so convinient that it made up for that long walk. The room was huge and it was comfortable for us. It was also very clean and the toilet was also fully equipped. The room had little kitchen but it wasn't equipped with cutleries. So they provide cup noodles in the mini bar without the cutleries which was a hassle for us to keep on getting it from the room service side. I would definitely stay in Grand Diamond Suites Pratunam when I go back to Bangkok again!
Shopping Tip:
Platinum shopping centre is the ultimate shopping destination for wholesale clothes for both men and women and it's located just beside the hotel. Best thing ever!

a good choice to stay if you wanna shopping around Pratunam area, but it's a bit far from BTS skytrain, yet there're still taxi and duk-duk all around. Noticed there will be a Starbucks at the main entrance, a good news for coffee drinker. Hotel should provide free wifi, the wifi charges is too high, and not even free at hotel lobby...
